There is ample seating in the living area and the rest of the amenities (dining table/seating, dishes, etc) will also accommodate groups up to 12. The backyard is huge and private, fully fenced, with a gas grill, fire pit and chairs. 2 kayaks are provided, as well as all linens and cleaning supplies, Beekman 1802 toiletries and locally roasted coffee to get you started. Board games and puzzles, hair dryer, iron and kitchen spices are all included! One of the large bedrooms has a WFH area with a desk/chair/supplies. Large capacity washer and dryer on 2nd floor.
