Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente in questo hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in una camera doppia con Mountain View e la stanza era confezionata con molta acqua e toilette! Anche il primo giorno ci hanno dato frutta gratuita. Tutti i dipendenti, dai puliziari, dai camerieri di fronte, dai camerieri di passaggio sciistico, ai ragazzi del cabinetto di noleggio di attrezzature sciistiche, sono stati molto amici e utili. La colazione aveva una grande varietà e una stazione omelette, yum! La palestra era molto bello e grande, ma aveva solo un matto di yoga. La zona della piscina era buona, ma la piccola piscina riscaldata era piuttosto calda. Il migliore è stato un hotel di sci e sci da qui non abbiamo dovuto lasciare tutto quello che avevamo bisogno di noleggiare e fare era proprio qui! Anche il ristorante cinese in alto piano era così delizioso e il personale era ancora così bello! Tornando qui per i nostri viaggi di sci annuali

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the onsen, which was a real highlight of the stay. This is a ski resort with true ski-in and ski-out access, which is very convenient. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was very enjoyable. However, the check-in process took quite a long time — around 45 minutes — which was disappointing after arrival. Also, activity vouchers can only be used through the WeChat program, which may be inconvenient for guests who don’t use it. Overall, a very nice hotel with great facilities and rooms, but the check-in experience could be improved.

Molto soddisfatto del servizio della reception e dell'atteggiamento e della velocità del personale della stanza. Ho vissuto in due hotel a North Dai River. Il servizio non è peggio di tutti i servizi. Il piccolo giardino della reception e il piccolo alto fanno cose difficili e calde. Spero che la stanza non sia troppo alta quando sto per soggiornare, Una interruzione di uno strato della stanza, il personale non si annoia davvero di cercare una stanza soddisfatta con me, lode per il vostro servizio a cinque stelle 👍

Questa è la mia seconda volta ad Aranya, e devo dire che è un bel tranquillo appartamento, la stanza ha un'energia meravigliosa e era molto pulita. Abbiamo prenotato la sala privata di primavera calda e siamo stati scoppiati a quanto l'esperienza era pulita e spaziosa e premiata. Il personale era sempre cortese e sempre disponibile per aiutarci con le nostre richieste. Il mio cinese è povero, ma si sono assicurati di aiutare a comunicare e portarmi al negozio di comodità per i miei oggetti e mi hanno ripreso. Il loro ramen è il migliore che abbia mai avuto. E' un meraviglioso istituto e sarò di sicuro di ritorno presto.

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Ho impiegato così tanto tempo a scegliere un hotel al Thaiwoo e sono così felice di aver scelto l'AB Hotel! Innanzitutto, il servizio offerto dalla Sig.ra Wang è stato eccellente, è stata molto paziente e disponibile, e la comunicazione tramite WeChat è stata sempre tempestiva. In secondo luogo, l'appartamento dell'hotel sembra moderno e pulito. Non ho notato alcun odore, nemmeno per un hotel che accetta animali. Rispetto al Nanshanli, proprio accanto, credo che questo offra un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che si ha una stanza più grande (con cucina e soggiorno). Tuttavia, l'aspetto negativo è che in inverno abbiamo dovuto camminare all'aperto per raggiungere il noleggio sci, che si trova nell'edificio del Nanshanli. This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

È stato il nostro primo viaggio con i bambini e abbiamo scelto Chengde, non molto lontano da casa. Dopo aver prenotato, il maggiordomo ci ha contattato in anticipo con le informazioni sul check-in. Sapendo che avevamo bambini, hanno preparato una culla e dei giocattoli di peluche. Ci ha commosso molto che prima del nostro arrivo abbiano lavato e asciugato al sole tutti i giocattoli per un giorno intero. Molto premurosi. All'arrivo, si sono offerti di portare i nostri bagagli in camera e di aiutarci con il check-in. L'uomo che ci ha assistito al check-in è stato molto gentile e ci ha chiesto se volevamo articoli da toeletta per bambini e copri vasca usa e getta. Poiché dovevamo preparare un pasto separato per il bambino, il maggiordomo ci ha anche regalato alcune uova delle loro galline e pomodori e verdure che avevano coltivato. Erano disponibili pentole e condimenti, il che era estremamente premuroso e ci ha risparmiato la fatica di doverli comprare. In generale, la camera non sembrava nuovissima, ma era molto ben tenuta. Questo è anche il motivo per cui l'ho scelta: non era né vecchia né aveva residui di formaldeide. La pulizia della camera era buona, e soprattutto, la vista era eccellente. La colazione del secondo giorno offriva molta varietà, compresi alcuni piatti casalinghi, e il cibo era buono. Hanno anche preparato del latte appositamente per i bambini. La posizione dell'hotel è molto adatta per passeggiare con i bambini. La sera abbiamo fatto una passeggiata nei campi e siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'assenza di zanzare. Nel complesso, è stata un'ottima esperienza, che merita un'altra visita.
