Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio al Daxing Wildlife Park e ci hanno offerto due biglietti gratuiti per il parco, colazione inclusa. L'hotel dispone anche di un'ampia area giochi all'aperto e di uno zoo con carote. La camera familiare è piena di giocattoli e i bambini si sono divertiti così tanto con il passeggino che non volevano più andarsene. La camera è dotata anche di servizi per bambini, tra cui una scaletta, set di spazzolini da denti e pantofole. Il direttore, Jia Rui, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, contattandoci anche prima dell'arrivo per discutere di eventuali richieste. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di aggiungere un seggiolino per il WC per bambini e tappare le prese più basse.

Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

La stanza è sorprendente, il personale ha anche offerto un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita solo a causa del freddo tempo 🤗 Anche il colazione è buono, deve provare le noduli fatti a mano! Il bus di trasporto aereo proprio fuori dall'hotel, ristoranti anche disponibili al contrario della strada. Prendete nota di alcuni dei ristoranti vicino alle 930.

Il primo al terzo piano è un hotel, i quattro al sesto piano sono l'alloggio dell'hotel.L'hotel è molto grande e molto delizioso.Quindi la colazione è buona, c'è la testa di tofu, latte, salsa, verdura, carne e cibo.Il retro ha il proprio parcheggio e la sicurezza è entusiasta. Disvantaggi: guardare le foto, letto e letti sono assolutamente il livello del centro ospite, e le tute sono vecchie. Mi dispiace per più di 400 prezzi (septi 28)!

Ho impiegato così tanto tempo a scegliere un hotel al Thaiwoo e sono così felice di aver scelto l'AB Hotel! Innanzitutto, il servizio offerto dalla Sig.ra Wang è stato eccellente, è stata molto paziente e disponibile, e la comunicazione tramite WeChat è stata sempre tempestiva. In secondo luogo, l'appartamento dell'hotel sembra moderno e pulito. Non ho notato alcun odore, nemmeno per un hotel che accetta animali. Rispetto al Nanshanli, proprio accanto, credo che questo offra un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che si ha una stanza più grande (con cucina e soggiorno). Tuttavia, l'aspetto negativo è che in inverno abbiamo dovuto camminare all'aperto per raggiungere il noleggio sci, che si trova nell'edificio del Nanshanli. During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.
