Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 8 on beautiful Half Moon Lake. Short 20 mile drive to Gunstock Ski area. All new furnishings with 3 separate living spaces. Relax on the upper level deck with awning and lakefront views. Enjoy privacy and direct access to sandy shallow water for the youngsters, but deep enough to dive in at the end of the dock (Seasonally). During winter, enjoy ice fishing (license is required and bring your own equipment)! During summer, house comes with two kayaks and one paddle board. Life-jackets for 8 adults and 2 children. Enjoy the fire pit during the evening, especially over s'mores. Half Moon Lake has a convenient boat launch nearby for those looking to bring their boat or pontoon, which can be tied to the property dock.
