This condo is on the first floor and provides very easy access to the famous Mammoth Mountain. Being on the first floor is a great amenity because after a hard day of skiing, just walk right into the front door with no need to get on an elevator with all your gear. Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. The Aspen Chateau is a 2 story, 4 bedroom townhouse nestled among a grove of aspen trees. Our home is an end unit, with no one above or to the left. We are located in a quiet complex with a large grassy area next to our home. The complex offers an indoor sauna and hot tub for soaking, and a pool that is open during the summer months.On the entry level are three bedrooms featuring king beds in two rooms, and a bunk room for the kids with 4 twin beds. The primary bedroom has it's own 55 inch smart TV. In the bunk room, the kids also have their own 55 inch smart TV, air hockey and darts (soft tip). The primary bedroom has its own full bathroom, while there is another full bathroom off the hallway.Upstairs, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and 4th bedroom with another king bed. There is also another full bathroom located in the hallway. The living room has a 55 inch smart TV and pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a home cooked meal. In addition, there is a propane gas BBQ out on the wrap around deck. The dining table seats 8 easily and there are chairs/ TV trays in the closet for additional seating options.Each room within the house is equipped with its own heater. There are also wall heaters through out the home. A brand new pellet stove in the living is available for ambience and warmth.Our home has free high speed WiFi with an excellent connection throughout. A small washer and dryer is located downstairs in the entry closet for your convenience. Complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided in each bathroom.There is parking for two cars right in front of our home. Guests will be provided with a code to enter the home before arrival.The community spa and pool also require a code to enter. Otherwise, you will have to wake and move the cars in the morning when you hear them start their work.
