Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms on the south side of the condo (primary with king bed & guest room/office with two twin beds), on the north side of the condo you will find the 3rd guest bedroom (queen) and guest bathroom. Enjoy 2 balconies in the condo, one from the living room and one off of the primary bedroom. Both balconies have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Another great reason that this condo stands out is that right out of the entry door the condo joins a beautiful great room, hot tub, heated pool, ice machine, vending machines, and coin operated laundry room. Amazing suite in the Village Lodge resort. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor unit with balcony overlooking the shops and restaurants on Minaret Road (Hwy 203) in the heart of the Village at Mammoth. The Village at Mammoth has everything you need for every season.One of the bedrooms is an en suite (private bathroom). The unit accommodates up to 8 people in your choice of 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and an additional pullout queen sofa in living room. The suite is just steps away to winter/summer activities, restaurants, shops and more. Some suites in the village claim to be ski in/ski out but, here it is more like ride the gondola out and ski back. Once you arrive in the underground parking you never need to drive again. We have one parking pass available in the unit once you check-in. Other nearby paid parking is available as well.The Village gondola is only a few steps away or you can conveniently walk across the street to the free shuttle stop before the Main Lodge. In the summer, you can watch concerts, fireworks, or other shows in the Main Village Square. Our balcony looks over Minaret Road so there's always good people watching. There are are also activities, festivals, restaurants, shops, biking, hiking, horseback, water activities and more. The suite has a large kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. There is a general store on the first floor with groceries, alcohol and necessities if you forget anything for your trip. That means no lugging up cases of drinking water during your stay. Most suites only have highly chlorinated tap water available, purified drinking water is an absolute must at 8,000 feet. Our nicely furnished and decorated condo has a beautiful view of the Sherwin Mountains from the living room and its balcony and natural landscape from its bedroom. It has one bedroom with a king size bed with a walk-in closet and two single sleeper sofas in the living room. The living room has a wood burning EPA approved fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The condo has a 40' Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD in living area.
