"In generale tutto era grande.
Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.

"The cold water tap was leaking and the shower did not work. The reception has an express check out, so you just leave the key in a box, no goodbye, no thank you, how was it? Beds very uncomfortable, rooms not very clean and very noisy if sleeping with an open window as there is a main road or motorway very near the hotel. Mostly for elderly people and good to them for having fun every night with live music. 👏"

"I have stayed here before as I like this place another. I requested a room by phone away from the road but was put in room 12 next to the constant noise of the A35. After paying a lot of money for my break I would have expected my request to be honoured. Disappointing. "

UUtente ospiteLa colazione è buona, c'è un parcheggio e può portare i bambini con letto.L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per i clienti.Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel molto tardi dall'aeroporto di Heathrow di Londra a gennaio 17. La ricezione con gli occhiali ci ha ricevuto molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza. Siamo venuti a partecipare alla partita nazionale di ballerina. Ho prenotato quattro giorni di hotel, ma l'insegnante ha detto di venire un giorno prima, e poi abbiamo prenotato un altro giorno. Dopo un giorno, perché il problema del tipo di camera deve cambiare la stanza per quattro giorni, non vogliamo togliere il nostro bagaglio, una donna dirigente, particolarmente intima, ci aiuta a cambiare il quartiere, molto conveniente; Abbiamo ordinato letti matrimoniali, ma la nuova stanza è una grande stanza mono letto. Per noi è conveniente aggiungere un letto. Grazie mille.E nei giorni successivi, è venuta a salutare se siamo a buon grado e particolarmente attento.Spero di tornare in questo hotel quando si incontra con la UK Open!

UUtente ospiteFantastico..., tranne pagare un extra £12.00 per uova royale in alto del prezzo del colazione non era buono... il personale non aveva nemmeno avvertito precoce del prezzo aggiuntivo finché non siamo andati via.
Tuttavia, se avete un servizio in camera, non c'è prezzo aggiuntivo per le uova reali?? Non ha senso.

UUtente ospiteAntique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. La nostra camera familiare (Ken dodd) era molto grande e confortevole.
Ci piaceva anche il colazione inglese ogni mattina e la comoda posizione vicino alle principali attrazioni.
L'hotel 3 stelle celebrità tema è un po 'ancora antiquato ma mantenuto molto bene, pulito, e si consiglierà e visitare di nuovo.

TthelivingbeingtravellerI book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons.
Pro's
The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable.
The con's
One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places.
The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively.
Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin.
The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom.
The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us.
The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted.
Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.

SSoSonicLa stanza era pulita, bella camera da bagno e prodotti da bagno complimentari. Ha avuto un problema con le camere elettriche... all’arrivo la TV, lampada e le luci da bagno non si switched. Fuse box è stato controllato dal personale e elettricità è tornato. Il portatore della notte (che parlava poco inglese) mi ha detto di mettere meno acqua nella ricetta la prossima volta! Egli l'ha fatto riluttantemente, ma ci ha dato una chiave!
In generale, un buon soggiorno è solo una situazione sfortunata con l'elettricità.

AAei BartVery close to the beach and to the bus stop. A stone throw to the local shops and restaurants. Hotel is like Hotel Transylvania vibes which my family loves most specially the authentic elevator. 😁 Staff were nice as well. Amenities were good.

UUtente ospiteLovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!
