"Noisy and Uncomfortable Stay – Poor Sleep Throughout
I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bournemouth for one night and, unfortunately, had a very uncomfortable experience.
The room was warm, and there didn’t seem to be any effective air conditioning, so I had to sleep with the window open. Because the window faced a main road, it was already quite noisy — but at 6 a.m., the council rubbish collection right outside was extremely loud and woke me up completely.
To make matters worse, there had also been a fire alarm at around 3 a.m., so my night’s sleep was disrupted from both ends.
The shower was very small — barely enough space to move — and overall the room just didn’t feel well-equipped for comfort or rest.
On the positive side, the staff were polite and the hotel was clean. But sadly, the noise levels and lack of climate control made it a poor experience. I wouldn’t return unless major improvements were made."

"In generale tutto era grande.
Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.
A parte questo, noi tutti lo amo in questo hotel.

"Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di tre notti e abbiamo goduto del nostro tempo all'hotel. Le camere erano tese e ben mantenute, anche se un po' piccole. Ci era solo una caldaia di tè, ma considerando il prezzo, offreva buon valore per i soldi.
La posizione è eccellente molto vicino alla spiaggia, con una breve strada direttamente davanti all'hotel che richiede meno di cinque minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia. È anche a pochi passi dalla città e c'è un bellissimo parco proprio oltre la piastra, che apprezziamo davvero.
La colazione era buona, anche se era la stessa ogni giorno. Ci siamo rimasti in una stanza familiare molto pulita e tesa, ma non c'era spazio per sedersi.
A parte questo, siamo stati felici di stare, e la posizione e la pulizia hanno reso una piacevole esperienza, e ci premeremmo tornare in futuro."

"Hotel carino. Senza spazi puliti, personale molto carino e conosciuto sulla zona. È stato bello colazione, fresco cucinato e quanto più frutta e bevande cereali che avete bisogno. C'è un servizio di prenotazione taxi. La stanza era bella e calda come le aree comuni. ricevimento e bar 24 ore. Piscina in bella sala grande . Wi-Fi è stato gratuito in tutto l'hotel incluso nella nostra stanza. La doccia era grande, bello e caldo. L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia e al centro della città. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno 🙂"

RRICHARDHampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable.
We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub.
The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help.
The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier.
Would recommend.

UUtente ospiteWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

UUtente ospiteHotel stupendo, grande posizione. Tutto era fantastico. La piccola cosa è la stanza 109 ha una piccola finestra congelata senza vista. Quando si apre ad un muro sporco, non l'abbiamo lasciata aperta, perché il vermin potrebbe entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo anche menzionato che era un quarantasimo giorno, ma nessuna estensione non nemmeno una nota.

TthelivingbeingtravellerI book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons.
Pro's
The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable.
The con's
One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places.
The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively.
Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin.
The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom.
The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us.
The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted.
Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.

La posizione è assolutamente incredibile diretto al mare e solo a pochi passi dal centro della città, rendendolo perfetto per esplorare Bournemouth. Il personale era molto amichevole e benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Mi piacerebbe ricordare in particolare Timor alla reception, che era eccezionalmente gentile e utile! Il servizio complessivo era eccezionale, si raccomandava sicuramente questo hotel e attende il ritorno!

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

CCATALINAWe spent 2 nights, with breakfast included; the location was clean and close to the beach and the train station, with entertainment in the evening.
The only problem was our misfortune of being neighbours with someone who had issues to resolve with his roommate, resulting in arguments, slamming doors, and loud music almost all night...

SSoSonicRoom was clean, lovely bathroom and complimentary bath products. Had a problem with the rooms electric’s…on arrival the TV, lamp and bathroom lights wouldn’t switch on. Fuse box was checked by staff and electric came back on. Electric cut out again late evening when using the kettle. Night porter (who spoke little English) flicked switch on fuse box again and told me to put less water in kettle next time! Tried that but electric tripped again so asked to move room. He reluctantly did that but gave us a key!
Overall a good stay just unfortunate situation with electric.

UUtente ospiteAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.
