L'hotel è un po' stanco, ma la stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era senza spot, avevamo letti puliti e asciugamani ogni giorno la stanza era pulita ogni giorno. Il personale è stato così utile e amichevole, io stesso e il nostro 7 anni usava la piscina e la stanza di gioco ogni giorno .Abbiamo prenotato solo per due notti, ma siamo fortunati a prenotare la stessa stanza per una notte .avremmo certamente raccomandato Laguna Hotel già cercando di prenotare in considerazione delle vacanze scolastiche abbiamo trovato Laguna Hotel molto ragionevole, soprattutto considerando tutte le strutture che hanno che sono inclusi nel prezzo del vostro soggiorno.

I have stayed here before as I like this place another. I requested a room by phone away from the road but was put in room 12 next to the constant noise of the A35. After paying a lot of money for my break I would have expected my request to be honoured. Disappointing.

Il personale dell'hotel era estremamente amichevole e utile. L'hotel Shame non ha fornito più scelta per il colazione, perché mio figlio non può avere latte, ma ci sono caffè vicino. Grande posizione e parcheggio gratuito un bonus. Sicuramente prenoterebbe di nuovo in futuro.

L'hotel è un po'vecchio, il livello di tre stelle in casa, ma è pulito e pulito.Molto tranquillo.Circa 100-200 metri dal lato del mare, molto vicino, ma ci vuole una pentola di circa 50 metri.Il tempo di luglio è ancora un po' freddo, e il sottomarino è impossibile. La città è molto piccola, e circa un chilometro a destra dell'hotel è l'etichetta della ruota di griglia.Vai a Old Harry Rocks e Durdle per la porta in mezz'ora e un'ora, non lontano.

UUtente ospiteLa colazione è buona, c'è un parcheggio e può portare i bambini con letto.L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per i clienti.Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel molto tardi dall'aeroporto di Heathrow di Londra a gennaio 17. La ricezione con gli occhiali ci ha ricevuto molto entusiasta e ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli nella stanza. Siamo venuti a partecipare alla partita nazionale di ballerina. Ho prenotato quattro giorni di hotel, ma l'insegnante ha detto di venire un giorno prima, e poi abbiamo prenotato un altro giorno. Dopo un giorno, perché il problema del tipo di camera deve cambiare la stanza per quattro giorni, non vogliamo togliere il nostro bagaglio, una donna dirigente, particolarmente intima, ci aiuta a cambiare il quartiere, molto conveniente; Abbiamo ordinato letti matrimoniali, ma la nuova stanza è una grande stanza mono letto. Per noi è conveniente aggiungere un letto. Grazie mille.E nei giorni successivi, è venuta a salutare se siamo a buon grado e particolarmente attento.Spero di tornare in questo hotel quando si incontra con la UK Open!

Tuttavia, se avete un servizio in camera, non c'è prezzo aggiuntivo per le uova reali?? Non ha senso.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at the heathlands hotel last night and I had the best nights sleep ever as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was comfortable as well and the duvet wasn’t too thick the bathroom was very clean and tidy but small the restaurant was shut but you could order food at the bar which I did I had fish and chips and peas which was ok but not good quality as the fish was too crispy but was reasonable for the price but I didn’t enjoy it the bar was very quiet so took my drinks to my room which was 126 and I would definitely have that room again overall I had a good stay and a good sleep

UUtente ospiteAntique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.
A parte questo, noi tutti lo amo in questo hotel.

SShoaibAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

SSoSonicLa stanza era pulita, bella camera da bagno e prodotti da bagno complimentari. Ha avuto un problema con le camere elettriche... all’arrivo la TV, lampada e le luci da bagno non si switched. Fuse box è stato controllato dal personale e elettricità è tornato. Il portatore della notte (che parlava poco inglese) mi ha detto di mettere meno acqua nella ricetta la prossima volta! Egli l'ha fatto riluttantemente, ma ci ha dato una chiave!
In generale, un buon soggiorno è solo una situazione sfortunata con l'elettricità.
