Appartamento hotel ben attrezzato. Situato in una tranquilla zona centrale. Personale piacevole.

La posizione di questo hotel è un po' fuori mano, pensavo avesse una vista sul fiume dalle foto, quindi sono rimasto lì, ma in realtà non riuscivo a vederlo. E la zona è molto inadatta per le donne single, altrimenti potresti essere frainteso quando torni di notte, quindi deciditi. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è alto!

Poiché è un nuovo edificio, la stanza è pulita e le strutture sono buone.C'è un pulitore d'acqua nel corridoio, quindi è buono mangiare acqua. C'è un parcheggio in un altro edificio, non lontano, ed è conveniente per la stazione ferroviaria e la fermata degli autobus erano vicini, quindi è stato bello trasferirsi in centro.

The Mercure hotel is conveniently located opposite the main train station of Bordeaux, Saint Jean. There is also a tram stop at this location. From the airport you can either take the shuttle bus for 8€ which goes direct from the airport to the train station or you can use the tram from the airport with 1 change at €1.70 The hotel has been recently renovated within the traditional historic building taking up a corner site. The ground floor is occupied by a bar bistro which always seemed popular and had good reviews. There was also a nice lounge sitting area which extended into the breakfast area. There is no reception in the traditional sense but instead a station which was always attentively attended to. The decoration was very modern with good attention to detail and plush furnishings. As an Accor member I was graciously upgraded from a classic to a superior room. The room was a good size and had a separate seating area in a sunken part of the room accessed by a few steps. This allowed the benefit of the full length historic window to flood light into the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and was overlooked by a large screen TV. There was ample lighting options around the bed and usb ports in the side light. The room came with tea and coffee facilities and free water which could be refilled at the water station in the corridor. The bathroom was bright and modern with large walk in shower. The decor was modern and elegant and to a four star standard. It should be noted that only the privilege rooms come with a fridge and coffee machine. The WiFi had good open connectivity with speeds of up to 50mbs. Overall this is a very pleasant hotel with easy access via tram to the rest of Bordeaux. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room comfortable and good value for money.

Eccezionale. Camera ampia, ben attrezzata per soggiorni più lunghi. Super comodo. Posizione impeccabile, ci sono pochi passi dal trasporto pubblico (senza balneazione) per andare e venire dall'aeroporto o Gare. Breve passeggiata verso i principali punti turistici del centro.

Hotel in centro a Bordeaux. Accoglienza al top, ricevuta la camera quasi 3 ore prima dell’arrivo previsto in hotel. Personale altamente qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, comoda, pulita. Bagno notevole! Colazione assolutamente fantastica. Arredi dell’hotel curati nei minimi dettagli, davvero un piacere viverlo! Ci tornerò sicuramente

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'interno è pulito e pulito, la posizione geografica è anche molto buona, molto vicina al centro della città, può raggiungere a piedi. La colazione dell'hotel è molto buona, e ci sono anche visite da tavolo, e l'atteggiamento del cameriere è anche molto amichevole

Ottima esperienza, gentilezza e professionalità. Camera pulita e arredi piacevoli e moderni. La staff estremamente disponibile ha sempre risposto alle richieste fatte. Ristorante Les decantes consigliatissimo per una cena intima dai genuini sapori francesi, assolutamente no stress!!!

We were expecting the rooms to look like the pictures on their website and social media, and those on Tripadvisor. But, that wasn't the case for us. Some of the rooms are old, tired, damp, grubby and waiting to be re-furbished. Make sure you ask for a newly refurbished room! However, the beds were clean and so were the towels. The frontage of the hotel could also do with a makeover. Looks rundown on the outside.
