Great stay

This was my first time in the Philippines so I didn’t know what I was getting into. But this hotel was amazing! Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms, seaside views from the room, great location on front beach, and the breakfast was delicious 😋 will stay hear again when I return to boracay. This hotel is a must for boracay salamat po to the staff ❣️

We really loved our stay here. Good food, comfortable rooms, great service and beautiful beach front. The pool was a bit small but not really an issue since the beach front was awesome! Thank you!

First time makarating ng family ko sa boracay, at dito ko napili magbook ng hotel for my family. Ok naman po ang hotel, maayos naman..pero sa food po ay medjo dissapointed po ang family ko.

I have visited quite a few resorts in Boracay but for my Two Seasons is still the best. Best location, nice sized hotel, well maintained property, super food and top notch service. Their staff is their asset, starting from the guard down to the cleaners, they've been very helpful, courteous and are always smiling. They've made our stay comfortable and memorable. Certainly great for families, we'll surely return :)

After much careful consideration of the location, amenities and desired experience for our vacation we chose Two Seasons Boracay Resort. Immediately upon arrival we were very impressed. The staff were very genuine and pleasant. The Resort was clean and well maintained. The staff all seem learn very quickly which guests we were. They seemed to be always expecting us. Our family of 8 stayed for 3 days and really can not express how happy we are with our experience at Two Seasons Boracay Resort.

We stopped by Two Seasons Boracay for lunch on May 5th. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was delicious. The oyster sisig and 4 cheese pizza were absolute hits. Plus, the front beach view was simply amazeballs. Highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience!

Everything was perfect. Location of the hotel, staff are so helpful, very clean rooms and beautiful food served from breakfast through until dinner. Everything we asked for was easily organised. We needed interconnected rooms which were waiting for us when we arrived.

A very accommodating, excellent service and well-trained staff, and the best pizza in boracay!! kudos to the one who made the pizza t'was the best pizza I have ever taste. Special thanks to Ms. Karylle she deserve a recognition for assisting us from the very start, our stay is smooth and the location is the best!! I don't have to walk more just to see the Golden Hour (sunset) of Boracay, my family is happy and will definitely go back and refer this to my friends. ♥️♥️

Pictures are deceiving People you have this hotel a good review has no idea what to compare with as 10 times better hotels with lower price than this one. I was disappointed because I had a situation. Where my mom is semi paralyzed due to a stroke and I was very careful where I can book, but because I was not familiar with the hotel, I called and ask if there a possibility to have a room on the first floor and any room closer to the elevator. Nor that I got a room on the first floor after booked 6 months in advance they did not advise me that they don’t have elevator… well Guess what? Pretty rough stay with an elderly disable mom. The floor on the hall was always wet from people coming out from the swimming pool and sand all over making super slippery. The pictures looks great but reality it was a narrow hotel cramped up. The hotel front desk girls were not helpful at all with some kind of attitude. But I will vouch for the other staff males around that try to help My mom. But getting my mom up the stairs was incredibly an inconvenience. If I would have known I would made other arrangements. Super upset. I feel bad writing this bad review due to the rest of the staff was great. I would fired the front desk and management. Here is an issue that blows my mind. I extended my stay in Boracay and ask for the first floor. They only had a junior suite on 3rd floor. Even worst… so I asked to stay at the room I am staying on 2nd floor and I will pay the price of junior suite. You know they said … my room was booked… I said give my junior suite that I will pay and the other guest can get upgraded under my expense. The front desk said no. Soooooo disappointed. Decided to change hotel to Henann garden resort Paying $109 a night and this 2 star hotel I paid $139 a night. Never coming back to this hotel again… or would I refer this place to anyone. Unfortunately . I am getting a group of 30 people coming next year They just lost my business.

Two Seasons is a comfortable hotel. I like the finish of their pool. It isn't too rough on the skin and not slippery either. The staff were awesome during our short stay too. We love the location. It is perfect for relaxation. I love how their toilet looks too. I appreciate the hanging area in the pocket garden though not the smell coming from it.

We booked direct, and the whole process was quick and efficient. They also gave options on transport. We used the private transfer with SouthWest to avoid all the queues and hassle - see separate review. The overall impression I came away with was efficiency, organisation and friendliness. Everything got done, people were extremely friendly, and there was no waiting around for anything. Food was to a very high standard, both for breakfast and dinner, with plenty to suit all tastes. Sun beds were not too plentiful, but were reserved for in-house guests. Easy 15 minute walk to more restaurants and all the boating activities down the beach. Highly recommended.

The staff didn't wait for us to rest after eating our food. They immediately had our food to go together with the bill without asking us first. Food is overrated and the place kind of old. Would rather stay and eat at other resorts.
