Nice place. Receptionist was very helpful. Clean room, easy to access beach nearby. Buffet was average. Breads were not fresh. Meat were smelly. I couldn't enjoy breakfast much.

Rooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.

We checked out 2 nights early because we were very unsatisfied despite knowing we would received no refund. On checkout, the staff were reluctant to assist and help us. We got a staff’s wechat who often assisted us during the stay. The check in took unnecessarily long and staff didn’t tell us the WiFi code, didn’t say that most of the restaurants were closed, and didn’t say which hours the restaurant was open. The room was not clean upon check in and telephone to call reception didn’t work. The breakfast was really terrible (except the coffee when the machine was working), fruit over ripe, bugs crawling around by the food, the restaurant food is horribly overpriced, a lot of meals on the menu were unavailable, and over the Chinese New Year period there were hardly any stores to order through Meituan. We got stuck inside the elevator twice for a few minutes until it started moving again. The emergency stairwells are covered in mold and maintenance items making it dangerous if there was ever a need to use the stairs in an emergency. The hotel is old and while the gardens are well kept, only 1 of the 3 pools were open. You can’t sit on the grassy areas as there are biting ants everywhere. You can’t sit in the forest because the grass is covered in spiky seed pods. You can’t sit by the pool because there are only 3 deck chairs. Very limited outdoor sitting spaces. Hot water was sporadic and the shape of the bath was not functional unless you lay down completely. The room was not serviced daily, and we had to ask repeatedly for 3 towels despite staying in a “family room” that comes standard with an extra bed for three people. The way the hotel is shaped means that everyone looks into each other’s rooms from the balcony unless you are right on the very corner. The beach was completely covered in garbage and litter, lots of firework boxes washing into the sea. Beach unsafe to walk barefoot because of broken glass. The walk ways are not very convenient if you have a child in a stroller as they are broken. Very very misleading advertising and misleading representation on this app. I would not recommend staying here at all. In terms of location the sea is too rough and full of rocks to swim and there is no way you could do any water sports.

Unfortunately our room had a very strong moldy smell and we couldn’t stay. The hotel was fully booked and couldn’t offer us an alternative room.

1.酒店挺大的，房間也多，而且房間都不小，住着很舒服。 2.地理位置還挺好，尤其帶孩子泡酒店，挖沙子，淌水。絕對性價比首選，酒店到沙灘一分鐘。出大堂門口路右拐一直走到頭，是一條街，有水果批發，有飯館，超市。挺熱鬧的。水果比三亞便宜，可以入手。 3.服務員都很有禮貌。開始定的房間有點吵，換房很順利。 4.衞生打掃及時，表揚六區5層的客房保潔小姑娘。有眼力價！幹活利索！ 5.早飯基本都能滿足，粥，米粉，小菜，炒菜，炒飯，麪包，培根，水果，牛奶，咖啡差點意思，也湊合吧。 6.距離分界洲島，南灣猴島都不算特別遠。打車自駕皆可。 總體來説性價比可以，下次還會考慮住在這兒。沙灘真的不錯，水清沙細。哦，忘了説，還能放煙花，過癮了。

酒店很氣派，雖有點老舊，但很整潔！很喜歡附近的海灘！ Daisy 管家很熱情，還專門佈置了房間！很巧的是去前台辦理入住的時候也是她，更巧的是竟然是老鄉，是很近很近的老鄉！祝她在海南一切順利！

酒店很好，入住之前酒店會有管家會提前跟我們對應聯繫～ 我這邊是管家Mona，非常貼心給小朋友準備了塑料挖沙桶 可以挖沙堆沙🏖️（ˆ˚ˆ✿） 還考慮到我們小孩用水會多，還給我們房間安排工作人員多放水方便我們～非常細心～ 住店期間任何問題找管家，她都會及時的幫忙協調處理，五心服務～ 酒店後面沙灘很出片～

酒店經理Mona幫忙給安排的房間位置很好，入住之後還為我們發了一些周邊的便利地點。想去趕海，還協調免費租賃酒店趕海工具，服務太優秀了。到了晚上提醒我們早飯時間還貼心提醒客服電話聯繫方式。幫我們依據第二天行程來制定退房時間，非常人性化的服務！

兩大一小定的池畔家庭房 安排的房間位置非常好 冬天下水還是有點涼 中午太陽曬着很舒服 房間設施齊全 面積夠大 入住前酒店工作人員提前聯繫 服務態度很好 流感了還送温度計到房間 酒店位於比較清凈的香水灣 沙灘很棒 沙子很細 海景很美 岸邊的礁石拍照很出片 步行十分鐘可到附近的美食街晚餐

春節選擇陵水旅遊，入住香水灣阿爾卡迪亞，網評設備比較舊感覺還挺新的，房間寬敞，親子物品應有盡有，陽台可以看海晾泳衣，泳池定期打擾好乾凈，離海也近景色很美，還送旅拍，趕海挖沙玩具水果，早餐豐盛，春節各種免費親子活動，還是很值的。尤其前台對接服務人員mona關懷備至，每天都問詢需要什麼物品，孩子離店忘了玩具，聯想後立即組織查找，很快找回。很感激。總之這次旅程很滿意。

這兩天天氣晴朗，每次在酒店沙灘散步都能看到玻璃海！！！太美了！酒店房間給安排的很方便，和前台是一層，出行非常方便！入住接待員 Mona 也很貼心 ，到前台辦理的時候雖然房間緊張，也儘快為我們協調出了房間。可能現在過年客房打掃服務都忙，Mona 怕我們不夠用，總在聯繫 沒有一點疏忽的地方，床品到洗漱品，都是足足的，點贊！

入住了[陵水香水灣阿爾卡迪亞酒店]，體驗感簡直拉滿！必須給個五星好評。 酒店位置絕佳，緊挨着香水灣，不管是去分界洲島還是去三亞都超方便。大堂的裝修盡顯奢華，水晶吊燈璀璨奪目，大理石地面光可鑒人，服務人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速又貼心。 房間更是無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下就能做個美夢。浴室乾濕分離，備品都是大牌，用起來超安心。 酒店的餐廳也很棒，早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，食材新鮮。下午茶精緻可口，咖啡香醇。晚上還能去酒吧小酌，放鬆身心。 健身房器材齊全，泳池水質清澈，游上幾圈別提多愜意。酒店還提供免費接送、行李寄存、洗衣等貼心服務，住在這裏就像在家一樣自在。 這次入住體驗太棒了，下次有機會，肯定還選這家！ 特別表揚酒店管家小康，給贈送了冰塊及小童沙灘玩具，對賓客的問題有問必答有求必應

過年一個人帶兩個孩子，定了其他地方，環境位置哪兒都不行，臨時換了這裏，非常感謝楊經理給升了房型，又貼心的給孩子準備零食飲料，還有禮賓幫忙去原酒店拉行李。房間陽台一出門就是泳池，2分鐘就能走到海邊，省了不少麻煩，孩子住了2天還要續住，出門在外，真心感謝楊經理的熱情幫助，點贊！
