Hotel Henann Group of Resorts a Isola di Boracay

Stay dates: August 2–4, 2025 | Room 541 We stayed at Henann Lagoon from August 2 to 4, 2025, in room 541. One evening, I ordered room service consisting of a salmon steak, a Henann salad, and two bottles of San Miguel Light. I was shocked to discover, after eating just three bites of the salad, that there was a rusty old screw under the lettuce. I immediately called the staff to report the issue. The server came to clean up and saw the screw himself, but he did not apologize. He only said he would check with the kitchen. What’s more disappointing is that no one from the hotel followed up with us during the rest of our stay — no apology, no explanation, not even a mention of the incident. It is deeply concerning to encounter such a basic and dangerous mistake in a hotel that’s part of a well-known chain. That said, aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though I avoided eating any more salad afterwards. Special mention to the kimchi — it was delicious.

Sia gli adulti che i bambini sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. Anche il cibo era un punto di forza di questo hotel. Il ristorante dell'hotel serviva piatti raffinati, tutti deliziosi. La qualità degli ingredienti era eccezionale e la presentazione era splendida, deliziando sia gli occhi che il palato. L'ampio menù ci ha permesso di scegliere piatti che si adattassero alle preferenze di ogni membro della famiglia, rendendo ogni pasto un piacere. Anche la posizione dell'hotel era eccellente. Vicino al D'Mall, è comodo per lo shopping e la ristorazione, il che lo rende la base perfetta per visitare la città. Mi sono divertito molto sia a rilassarmi in hotel che a uscire e dedicarmi ad attività sportive. They were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We had a fantastic stay at Henann Garden with our 3-year-old! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, especially with our little one. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pools were clean and toddler-friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

Il mio soggiorno all'Henann Palm Beach Resort è stato un rifugio pittoresco, con la sua splendida posizione fronte mare che offre panorami mozzafiato. Amazing stay, we also got a free room upgrade complementary from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and warm. The service is excellent and the location is great. There’s a private beach area right by the dining area allowing us to have a great meal with a great view. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

We had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands! The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and it was easy to get to restaurant, shops, and everything else we needed. The staff were super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also great - very clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ronald and Robert from Sapphire Restaurant - they were absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
