Mia moglie e io abbiamo iniziato il nostro weekend business/visita con la famiglia per Easter venerdì 15 aprile 2022, entrando nella nostra stanza (230) per trovare un bug che salta sul muro. Non abbiamo notato nessun altro e lo abbiamo sputato come sappiamo che possono essere ovunque. Svegliata nel bel mezzo della notte, urlando perche' uno era a letto sulla gamba, non era divertente e piuttosto divertente, era pronta a fare la confezione e a lasciare, e questa mattina, mentre ci preparavamo a controllare, abbiamo trovato un altro sul nostro confortante. (Foto allegato) Quasi più riguardo è stata la risposta che abbiamo ricevuto dal dipendente del dipartimento frontale la cui risposta quando abbiamo espresso la nostra preoccupazione era: “sì che’’s genda che succede qui, sono nativi alla zona e vengono nei venti”. Non mi scuso, non c'è reazione simpatica.Sfortunatamente, in un'azienda in cui il servizio al cliente è così importante, sono molto deluso di questo soggiorno e della risposta del personale. Questo evento è qualcosa che certamente terrò in considerazione nel viaggio futuro. Se non c'è alcuna preoccupazione da parte del Hampton Inn e Hilton Group riguardo “bug nativi” suggerisco di aggiungere un disclaimer che si può condividere la vostra stanza con bug di puzza sul vostro sito web.

We were very happy with our stay at Home 2 Suites in Charlestown, WV. We have been staying at Hilton brand hotels for the past 20 years but this was our first time at a Home 2 Suites hotel. This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a very spacious room. Really appreciated the walk-in shower rather than the standard tub/shower combo. Didn't use the indoor pool but walked into the pool area and the pool itself and surrounding area were extremely clean. The hot breakfast was the best that we've had at a Hilton brand hotel in the past two years. Recently we've stayed at several Homewood Suites and Hampton Inns and noticed that the quality and selections of breakfast foods has really declined. At our past 3 stays the breakfast food was basically lousy. No complaints at all regarding the breakfast at this location. Delicious! Every employee that we had any contact with was very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Very happy with every aspect of our stay at this hotel. And there are restaurants within walking distance...very convenient after a long drive when you want to grab a meal after check-in.
