"Die Inhaber sind ein Italiener und seine philippinische Frau, sie sind beide im Gastroggewerbe ausgebildet und sehr kompetent und äußerst hilfsbereit. Er hat uns für wenig Geld zum nächsten Hotel gefahren, sie vermieten auch Fahrräder und Scooter, Rundum alles gut. Sehr zum empfehlen man hat direkten Blick auf die chocolet hills"

"Il luogo è situato in un luogo tranquillo vicino alle colline di cioccolato.
Ha una vibrazione di casa.
Casa Aguelo è un accogliente accogliente con un personale amichevole, ma il cibo in casa è troppo costoso a 60 pesos per tazza di riso e 280 pesos per 4 piccoli cubi di maiale con verdure casuali per ”sinigang” .
Dao terminale, è necessario guidare un autobus a Carmen e uscire a collina di cioccolato , poi guidare un triciclo a Casa Aguelo. Il tempo di viaggio è di circa 3 ore dall'aeroporto , con un trasporto limitato , abbiamo dovuto prenotare un altro hotel vicino all'aeroporto (panglao) perché abbiamo un volo precoce.
Lo calcolo a tre perché non c'è niente di speciale sul luogo e nonostante sia nel mezzo degli alberi di cotone, ha eccessiva ”alimentazione” senza menù ufficiale."

"Nuovo hotel così tutto bene. Pulizia grande camera con doccia calda. Il ristorante sul sito è decente e è aperto fino alle 7:00. Fano un buon colazione di base ma buono. Bellissimo essere vicino alle cadute di busai, facile da ottenere tuk tuk o anche bus a tarsier santuario e cioccolato colli. Personale davvero utile con tutto e organizza tuk tuks per voi. Anche una grande fonte di informazioni. Un bel posto per soggiornare."

"I had such a wonderful stay at Riverview Inn! The room was super nice and cozy. Not that big, but the standard room was just right for two people. It came with a smart TV, an ice cold AC, and everything was spotless. Definitely one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I have stayed in.
The internet connection was also a treat, it wast and reliable.
The staff really stood out too. So polite, professional, and well presented, you would think they were working in a 5 star hotel. They made the whole experience even better with their excellent service.
And the highlight? The restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was a treat!
Overall, Loboc Riverside Inn is a gem. Perfect for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, great food, and top notch service. Highly recommended!"

"Отличное место. Останавливались на одну ночь, но здесь нужно остановиться на несколько дней. Вокруг природа, тишина. Домики чистые, вся территория ухоженная. Тут можно заказать различные активности, например, тур на светлячков, катание на сапах, каяках и др. Работает кухня и можно заказать вкусный ужин.

What we liked:

The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

• Their pools are stunning—may infinity pool na overlooking the beach and may swim-up bars pa. Perfect spot para mag-chill with a drink.
• Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Malamig ang aircon, malambot ang bed, plus may balcony pa.
• Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. Madaling kausap, lalo na sa restaurant and pool area.

UUtente ospiteÈ un edificio nuovo, quindi è confortevole, ma un po' piccolo. Persino le suite hanno lunghi corridoi, il che le rende un po' soffocanti. Il personale è piuttosto professionale. Ho percepito una gentilezza genuina da parte della receptionist, una donna single. La colazione si affaccia sull'oceano e la piscina sul tetto, seppur piccola, è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi.

Наша вилла была просто великолепной: просторной, стильной и очень уютной. Белоснежное постельное белье и безупречная чистота создавали ощущение настоящей роскоши.
Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд!
Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта.
Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя.
E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato all'Henann Tawala Hotel per una settimana dopo il nostro arrivo a Bohol, ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica. L'hotel è pulitissimo, all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle. All'arrivo, il personale è stato molto attento: ci hanno sistemato i bagagli e ci hanno offerto la colazione, mentre il nostro check-in anticipato è stato velocizzato.
Una cosa da tenere presente è il deposito cauzionale di 3.000 pesos a notte. Se si paga con carta di credito, eventuali spese, come il servizio in camera o le bevande al bar in piscina, verranno detratte, con il saldo rimborsato dopo il check-out.
L'area colazione è ben presentata, con personale cordiale che vi accoglie calorosamente. Dopo aver comunicato il numero della camera e il cognome, si viene accompagnati a un tavolo. Tuttavia, abbiamo notato qualche incongruenza nel servizio: in alcuni giorni ci è stato offerto caffè o tè, mentre in altri no. A volte non veniva fornita l'acqua, quindi ci siamo ritrovati con due porzioni doppie dopo averla presa noi stessi. Un servizio costante migliorerebbe l'esperienza, ma la postazione self-service per caffè, acqua e succhi di frutta era comoda.
Le opzioni per la colazione erano eccellenti, con un'ampia varietà per soddisfare tutte le preferenze. Tutto era ben preparato e delizioso. Un piccolo problema è stato quando mi è stato chiesto di lasciare uno yogurt quando ho provato a prenderlo fuori dall'area colazione. Capisco la regola per evitare un eccessivo asporto, ma ho pensato che si potesse applicare un po' di flessibilità per le piccole cose.
Le camere dell'Henann Tawala sono impressionanti: spaziose, con bagni spaziosi e balconi incantevoli. Tra le migliori in cui abbiamo soggiornato, sono paragonabili a hotel di lusso come il Radisson Blu di Cebu o il Seda Ayala Central Block.
Il personale della reception è stato incredibilmente disponibile. Ci hanno prenotato un minivan a un prezzo ragionevole per il nostro viaggio a Tagbilaran e l'autista è stato puntuale, garantendoci un viaggio confortevole. Ci ha persino lasciato nel punto giusto per prendere un minivan per Anda, al terminal degli autobus di Dao.
Un vantaggio di soggiornare qui è la breve passeggiata fino alla proprietà fronte mare di Henann, dove è possibile utilizzare i lettini all'ombra delle palme e gustare drink serviti dal personale. Tuttavia, non è possibile utilizzare la piscina e bisogna ritirare gli asciugamani da Henann Tawala prima di dirigersi verso la spiaggia. La spiaggia è bellissima, ma ci sono parecchi venditori ambulanti che propongono tour, il che può essere un po' fastidioso. Abbiamo trovato offerte migliori su Facebook. Il mare è caldo, anche se c'è una discreta quantità di alghe. Consiglio di fare snorkeling per stare attenti a dove si mettono i piedi, dato che ci sono stelle marine e forse ricci di mare. Noi abbiamo nuotato solo una volta. Se comprate mangostani dai venditori sulla spiaggia (150-200 pesos), controllate se ci sono formiche, perché una delle nostre borse ne era piena!
Appena fuori dall'ingresso principale dell'hotel, c'è un bancomat e una lavanderia che addebita circa 400 pesos per 5 kg, con la restituzione dei vestiti lavati, asciugati e piegati entro le 17:00. È molto più economico del servizio di lavanderia dell'hotel. Abbiamo anche provato il vicino ristorante Kajun, che offre ottimi panini al pollo, patatine fritte e frullati in stile diner americano.
Sul lungomare, il nostro ristorante preferito è stato il bar e ristorante al piano superiore dell'Oasis Resort, che gode di una brezza rinfrescante e di una splendida vista sulla spiaggia. Ogni piatto che abbiamo provato era fantastico e lo consigliamo vivamente.
Sebbene il nostro soggiorno all'Henann Tawala sia stato meraviglioso, Panglao stessa sembrava piuttosto turistica. C'erano molti turisti coreani e molta gente del posto che cercava di vendere tour e servizi, il che a volte ci ha sopraffatto. I prezzi erano più alti del previsto, soprattutto per cose come i tricicli, che costavano 150 pesos a persona rispetto ai 12 pesos che pagavamo in provincia. Anche i prezzi dei ristoranti erano gonfiati e persino i beni di prima necessità costavano caro.
Se preferite un'esperienza più tranquilla e autentica, vi consiglio di visitare un posto come Anda. Ha un'atmosfera più rilassata e provinciale, con gente del posto più amichevole e un ritmo di vita più lento, il che la rende un'alternativa tranquilla all'atmosfera turistica e frenetica di Panglao.

UUtente anonimoHotel is 10 mins away from the city but they have free shuttle which has a standard schedule.
Beach front is a bit small and beach is not that clean tho. But would still recommend this hotel. We went here during the typhoon season in Manila so our flight was changed. Staffs are kind enough to allow us to do early check in and late check out.
They have bfast buffet and what I love is they change the menu daily. We just hope there are more shuttle service time slots going to the main city so that it will lessen the transpo expenses.

FFlor SimangcasHad a wonderful stay at Hotel Begonia for 6 nights and 5 days. The room was simply elegant, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Asian and Filipino foods. I love the free tote bag. Thank you so much Hotel Begonia❤️

MMichaelIl ristorante era molto tranquillo, quello che volevamo, ma si sentiva come una stagione. Ci sono state alcune riparazioni e il ristorante è chiuso un po' prima di quanto ci sarebbe stato piacere. (Non c'era nessuna informazione sulla riparazione quando abbiamo prenotato il ristorante)

-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
