Cercando un posto dove stare a Bogotà, città in cui ho vissuto fino a 30 anni fa.. ho pensato inizialmente ad un Airbnb, ma nella zona in cui cercavo non c’era un granché da scegliere soprattutto per qualità/prezzo. Così ho pensato a un hotel. Davvero tanti in questa zona (Av. Chile con Cra 7), ma cercando cercando l’opzione Rosales Plaza saltava sempre fuori fino a diventare la mia prima scelta. Localizzazione, a mio avviso ottima, perché punto centrale tra sud e nord (Bogotà è molto estesa e sull’asse sud-nord si trova il 99% dei luoghi d’interesse). Situato al confine del quartiere Rosales con Chapinero che è sempre stato uno dei migliori, adesso è anche diventato abbastanza di moda. Vicinissimo a banche e centri commerciali, ristoranti e servizi, ma anche a stradine che si inerpicano su per la zona residenziale, verde e silenziosa. L’hotel è sia per business che turismo. La colazione è davvero abbondante, varia e frutta a volontà. Camera tipo suite (la nostra era al nono piano la 904 con una discreta vista montagna) con diverse comodità per nulla scontate come una fantastica doccia, un buon specchio ingranditore da bagno, luce di cortesia negli armadi e piccole attenzioni come acqua e caramelle. Il mio soggiorno è stato di ben 14 giorni e ciò che mi fa particolarmente ricordare del posto è stata la professionalità e la premura di tutte le persone, nessuna esclusa, che vi lavorano. Inutile dire che sarà il mio punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Bogotà. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff! Arrivederci❤️

L'hotel è a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro della mostra, e la colazione è buona.Il ristorante del secondo piano dell'hotel è buono e può ordinare il cibo.

Amazing place, lovely breakfast and staff. My cousin Birthday we arrive with our private transportation. Got good greeting from the bellman's, apon check in the Front desk was really information and very professional lovely people. The one who made my highlight is Mr. ADRIAN was very attended on phone and bringing some of personal orders and he has allot of good tips and knowledge about Hilton even mention about my island Aruba. Gym is simple and good enough to do your daily maintenance. Also special thank to the BreakFast team to make my cousin birthday extra special with the omelet and singing happy birthday. I love the place because everything is close by walking atm, kareoke bar nearby walk to mall. and i really love the structure of the hotel amazing place, building and super amazing staff.

A great stay. Staff attentive and professional. Even the cleaning staff addressed me by my name. That was a first! Breakfast a delight with an array of food. Please do NOT sell yourself short and start serving fruit loops. I notice there were fruit loops, but not the coloured type. 2 gripes - coffee was ordinary. And the bathroom door in the suite opened into the shower door. Such a shame.

First of all, the hotel is in a great location, a quiet street close to many restaurants, pharmacy, little markets and a pretty park. You can walk everywhere and feel safe (you should always be aware of surroundings in all big cities). This place has the feel of a boutique hotel, with a small but comfortable lobby, with coffee, tea and infused water 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super nice rain can shower head in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect for us. It was 3 ladies, so comfort and safety was crucial to us. The staff was constantly helpful and friendly, I haven't received this type of hospitality anywhere else.

I would like to thank the hotel customer service and specially to Diego Molina that always makes sure we had everything we needed for our meetings and walked the extra step to make us feel at home. Thanks Diego for everything you did in these 2 weeks at the hotel and the lobby people were also very helpful Thank you and will come back soon for family trip since I loved the treatment for myself and my peers Maryorie Mateo
