Cora 96 Street Apartments

I do not recommend it at all. Very high prices for what they offer. Disrespectful and disorganized staff. For that same price, I found better located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A male employee at this hotel Cora 96 suites, made fun of me for not accepting a completely different room than the one I reserved and paid for. The receptionist confused my reservation several times and with my reservation confirmation in hand, she told me that my room was not available.....they did not solve the problem even though they were the ones who made a mistake and not me. In the end I had to find another hotel for that same day. of course, the prices were much higher than when I booked a month before my trip, and the hotel Cora 96 suites had confirmed the availability of my room at the time of reservation, 20 days before the trip and just after i made the payment at the reception of this hotel, magically the room was no longer available and i have to accept yes or yes what they wanted (adding that they mocked for not accept what they wanted)... what a horrible experience. Zero recommended. I recommend hotels near Parque de la 93 in Bogota, with an area of ​​restaurants, cafeterias, bars, parks, shopping centers and good security in the area as the park has private security... cheaper and very friendly employees, also Nearby main roads with public transport services. _______________ No lo recomiendo para nada. Precios muy altos para lo que ofrecen, personal irrespetuoso, impertinente y desorganizado. Por ese mismo precio se encontré habitaciones mejor ubicadas y con personal amable y servicial. Un empleado hombre se burló de mi al no querer aceptar una habitación completamente diferente a la que reserve y pagué. La recepcionista confundió varias veces mi reserva y con confirmación de mi reserva en mano, me dijo que mi habitación no estaba disponible.....no me solucionó el problema aunque que ellos fueron los que se equivocaron y no yo. Al final tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel para ese mismo día , por supuesto los precios eran muchísimos mas altos a cuando yo reservé, juiciosamente un mes antes mi viaje, y el hotel me habían confirmado la disponibilidad de mi habitación en el momento de la reserva, 20 días antes del viaje y justo al hacer el pagó ya en la recepción de este hotel ... luego de pagar, mágicamente la habitación ya no estaba disponible y debía aceptar si o si lo que ellos querían (agregando que se burlaban por no aceptar lo que ellos querían)... que horror de experiencia cero recomendado. Les recomiendo hoteles cerca al parque de la 93 en Bogota, con zona de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, parques, centros comerciales y buena seguridad en la zona ya que el parque cuenta con seguridad privada... mas económico y empleados muy amables, ademas vías principales cercanas con servicios de transporte publico.

Bonito apartamento con mucho espacio y buenas instalaciones. Muy cómodo todo. El personal también fue muy amable conmigo, paciente y un buen trato. Pasé una semana muy agradable en este apartamento lujoso.
