Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Bodrum

Il terreno è situato nel centro della città di Bodrum, l'altra parte è la festa di yacht. È possibile andare in mare a qualsiasi momento. La vita notturna è super ricca.

Le camere sono molto belle, le camere sono molto belle, la vista marina molto bella, le prime sono entrate, ci hanno dato 813 camere, ma poi ci hanno portati in una stanza diversa, ma quando siamo andati a prendere le nostre cose nella prima stanza che ci ha dato, ci sono stati altri. Il personale è un po' inesperto, ma non è molto buono.

Il punto negativo è che la luce esterna non è molto disturbata e il mini bar pagante e le bevande non sono troppo fresche. Altrimenti non un rumore e nessun mosquito nella stanza. Camera grande più luogo. Per la riparazione.

Tre hotel a tre stelle, quindi se si paga un prezzo a tre stelle (meno di 60 € dico) è buono. Il bagno è diventato estremamente costoso. La Grecia è più economico in questi giorni. Il letto era accettabile. La stanza era pulita ma le cose cadono e separati. Dove sono i bagni da bagno? Bella vista dalla terrazza di Bodrum. Piazza piacevole 30 minuti in città se non è caldo. Personale giovane e non ben addestrato. Hotel era essenzialmente vuoto quando ero lì. Sono un membro di Platinum Elite, quindi dovrebbe ottenere un upgrade. La prima stanza che mi è stata data era dietro l'hotel, letti gemelli (lo stava viaggiando da solo), e l'AC non funzionava. Sarebbe impossibile in estate. Ho chiesto una stanza diversa, ma quello che ho ottenuto non era molto meglio. Non è un buon modo per costruire la lealtà di marchio.

Stato per 10 notti in aprile in una deluxe stanza di vista sul mare, e noi l'abbiamo amato. le camere sono molto grandi ben attrezzate e le viste sono incredibili in tutta la baia di Gumbet. Molto pulito, grandi letti e bagno, trovato il personale molto utile, abbiamo goduto la zona della piscina che è bella e mai occupata, così ci siamo rilassati nei pochi giorni. Ricordate che siete al di sopra di una collina rigida quando siete qui (sia a Gumbet che a Bodrum) ma non era un problema (ci sono stazioni di taxi al fondo di entrambe le parti e un taxi al di sopra della collina è £2 se si sente la pazzia. Questo è un luogo fantastico per esplorare il bellissimo Bodrum e Gumbet così si raccomanda. Molto ragionevole anche!

Arrival - Receptionist was not very pleasant and in fact rude, she started to engage in conversation with Turkish clients mid way through us checking in and ignored us! She also made a point (three times) of letting us know that we were only on a B&B rate (which of course we knew). Room was not available/ready on checkin and we had to wait until post the standard checkin time (2pm) to access the room. Hotel porter carried one suitcase for us and I carried the other, he then stood waiting for his tip! Room was a Sea View with Pool room, there are about 8 of these on the infinity pool level. Be aware that only half have the view directly to the sea and infinity pool. Ours was right at the end of the block and had a sea view only, which was spoiled due to equipment and materials left (daily) outside our room by the builders. Grass area in front of these rooms was unkept and overgrown and only on our day of departure were theses areas given some attention. Rooms had insufficient lighting and no seating to sit at the dressing table. No full length mirror in the room, although bathroom has a large mirror waist height and above. Building works are still ongoing following a change of Hotel ownership and closure earlier this year for refurbishments. Sea view rooms with Pool were being painted and having fixtures and fittings amended. Other building works were happening at the poolside, an outdoor kitchen area was being installed during the daytime and whilst we tried to relax by the pool. Masonry drills, workman etc - and the bar staff turned the music up even louder to block out the workman noise (ridiculous). A-la-carte evening dining was unavailable throughout our stay, it seems the restaurant was closed or not fully refurbished to allow guests! Main pool area: Lack of towels by the poolside caused a lot of frustration to many guests and there was no urgency to provide towels when staff were asked. Pools do not seem to be cleaned daily and you can see lots of grime and dirt in both pools when you look closely. Staff at pool area played royalty free music too loud and on repeated loop, it was driving all guests mad! Breakfast - despite images on website and instagram, the breakfast is a good selection of Turkish/Central European cuisine - it doesn't cater for international travellers, no croissant, jam, pain-au-chocolate, no freshly prepared eggs or omelettes. And you have to pay £2 per orange juice daily extra! Tea and coffee is Turkish options only. Supervisor regularly skipped outside of the restaurant at service and would stand having a cigarette before returning to the service. Also breakfast room has loud music playing. WiFi signal is terrible and we didn't connect in our room for our entire stay. Satellite TV in our room also didn't work! And the final straw - we were asked to move rooms mid way through our stay so the builders could decorate and fit out the room we were in!!!! We declined and said they would have to wait un

Ena Boutique Hotel is such a lovely hotel in a good location, just a short walk to the harbour restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly, particularly Deniz & Mehmet on the front desk. Extra effort has been made with the decor in the room, which makes it much more luxurious looking than a standard room, and if you can get a room with the harbour view, bonus! The beds are comfy and the hotel overall is very clean.
