Ho voluto un posto vicino al centro commerciale, così potevo andare a fare shopping e andare a tutte le attività per il mio figlio di 8 anni. Non ho mai dovuto sperimentare il freddo durante il mio soggiorno di quattro giorni, perché ho semplicemente dovuto lasciare i cappotti nella stanza e usare il ponte del cielo, e siamo stati all’interno del centro. Really great Marriott property! Very clean, spacious, and rooms are well-appointed. Positives: Food was good, as well as the Executive Club for elite members. One standout employee was Rajdip, who helps staff the Executive Club. He was extremely professional and service-oriented. He went out of his way to take care of us, even getting hot chocolate for my wife (even though it was not usually available). Negatives: Check-in was very slow and the line was long (7-8 persons checking in). It was complicated by a very nice, young employee, who had limited English. I work internationally and have a pretty good knack for understanding accents, etc., but communication on details of breakfast hours, etc. were a challenge. That said, it’s still a great property, and we’ll stay there again.
