Hotel bellissimo, corrisponde alle stelle. Tutto è molto pulito, l'hotel è realizzato in un piacevole design secondo il nome. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, avvertito e amichevole. Abbiamo avuto 3 notti in Plaza Hotel durante un tour e abbiamo vissuto una camera molto spaziosa al quarto piano, che non ha lasciato aperte le sue esigenze in termini di attrezzature e comfort. Il comfort del sonno era eccellente. Il personale era amichevole e preconcepito in tutte le aree. Durante il nostro viaggio attraverso l'Asia centrale non c'era nessun buffet di colazione comparabile, buono e versatile. I prezzi nel ristorante e nel bar erano molto moderati. Continuiamo a raccomandare l'Hotel Plaza senza riserve.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly and attentive English-speaking staff who helped with our luggage on arrival and arranged a taxi for our onward journey on departure. We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was huge and very comfortable indeed. The whole hotel is decorated and furnished to a high standard and a great deal of thought has clearly gone into its design. The location is fantastic, very central so we could walk everywhere from it. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would have happily stayed for longer.

I last wrote about this hotel in June 2019, so I felt it was time for an update. Looking through recent TripAdvisor reviews, I see much of my work has been done for me. Just last month, Hashmat Singh did an excellent job of capturing many of the details I would otherwise have included. I will try to supplement his and the many other glowing reviews, rather than repeat them. The good news is that not much has changed over the years since my last (pre-Covid) visit. Solutel continues to provide excellent accommodations and top-notch service at very competitive prices. The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, so you can sleep with the windows open to the fresh mountain air without worrying about late-night sirens or early morning traffic noise. Blackout curtains keep the early morning sun at bay until it is invited. The air conditioning is whisper quiet, not one of those noisy window units. The location allows easy walking access to much of the downtown area. But Bishkek has grown considerably over the years, and new restaurant offerings are continually popping up, some of the more interesting ones being found in the suburbs. Taxis can be ordered at the front desk, and are inexpensive by Western standards. A recent trip to a restaurant took about 25 minutes by taxi (due to traffic issues) and the fare was 200 som ($2.50). As others have said, rooms are well-appointed with luxuries such as “King” beds that are made of two standard mattresses, heated bathroom floors, bidets (which will spoil Americans once they get used to the feeling of being fresh and clean), reading lamps bedside, in-room safes, free in-room Wi-Fi, blackout curtains and modern windows that open, HDTVs, etc. On the downside, TV content at the moment is mainly Russian content in the Russian language. In anticipation of this, I brought my Roku streaming device, which works well when plugged into the same HDMI socket as the hotel uses for TV. However, all hotel outlets are 220 volt. To my surprise the Roku box is 115 volt, so I had to locally buy an 80-watt converter and an adapter to use it ($20 for all). The included breakfasts are great, as they can accommodate many individual tastes and time-zones. For those that arrived in the wee hours of the morning, they will be looking for dinner fare more so than breakfast fare. For those of us that have multi-week stays, we can gradually transition from dinner to breakfast fare each morning. The breakfast area is modern and bright, and there’s an outdoor patio for those that prefer alfresco meals aside garden views with snow capped mountain glimpses. Staff members are all eager to provide genuine Kyrgyz hospitality. Kudos to management for providing a pleasant team-oriented working environment and being supportive during the difficult Covid times. (Note that Bishkek, rightly or wrongly, is entirely mask-free now.) My wife and I were surprised how many familiar faces we encountered on this trip. Zamir was a sommelier three years ago

( Molto rumoroso e molto polvere ) L'hotel ha un cattivo isolamento sonoro : e dal rumore esterno e dal suono interno . Numero: grande , pulito , ma ... La mia impressione non è confortevole . La camera è dotata di una serie di commenti : è molto difficile regolare l'acqua , non molto conveniente materasso , piccolo e scomodo rifugio .Colazione - molto e molto scarsa ... Personale - addestrato , duro lavoro , risponde alle richieste degli ospiti . Impressione generale : Senza un' alternativa - si può vivere un paio di giorni , ma se ci sono opzioni migliori - io scelgo un altro hotel !

La colazione è molto ricca e ogni giorno vengono aggiunti piatti freschi. Anche il livello di inglese alla reception è molto buono. Le camere sono pulite e molto buone. L'insonorizzazione è molto buona. Il traffico qui è sostanzialmente lo stesso di quello del minibus di campagna. Il taxi è estremamente economico e puoi scaricare tu stesso un software di chiamata taxi. L'hotel si trova vicino al consolato cinese americano, non molto vicino alla città ma la città non è grande, quindi va bene. Dovrebbe esserci un parcheggio al piano di sotto.

GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place. BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said ”sorry” but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. But also, people were talking in the corridor and closing doors really hardly every night. Don't expect to be able to sleep quietly. And lastly, the shower drain was fully blocked the entire time.

A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.

Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui nel corso della nostra visita in Kirghizistan. Questo hotel è ben attrezzato per il tempo libero e per i viaggiatori di business. Le letti erano molto duri ma non insolite in questa parte del mondo. Il personale era utile. In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e sicuramente consiglia quando visitava Bishkek. (Circa la strada è un grande bar reale che abbiamo visitato).

Abbiamo avuto 3 notti in Plaza Hotel durante un tour e abbiamo vissuto una camera molto spaziosa al quarto piano, che non ha lasciato aperte le sue esigenze in termini di attrezzature e comfort. Il comfort del sonno era eccellente. Il personale era amichevole e preconcepito in tutte le aree. Durante il nostro viaggio attraverso l'Asia centrale non c'era nessun buffet di colazione comparabile, buono e versatile. I prezzi nel ristorante e nel bar erano molto moderati. Continuiamo a raccomandare l'Hotel Plaza senza riserve.

Il mio amico aveva perso il bagaglio e aveva bisogno di aiuto per contattare l'aeroporto/le compagnie aeree. I ricevitori erano estremamente utili e attivi nel raggiungimento di tutti i canali disponibili. Anche dopo aver controllato, ci hanno aiutato a seguire. È stato un ottimo soggiorno! 10/10 consiglia!

Condivise camere condivise, molto caldo illuminato con pannelli di legno, si può dire che molto amore è andato a progettare il posto e il servizio! La colazione è vario e molto piena, servizio di lavanderia rapida e un sacco di dedizione per aiutarmi con cabine e traduzione (dovevo cambiare il mio volo e il mio russo e il Kirghiz non esiste) Tutto in tutto, Un grande valore per il soggiorno e la passeggiata (15 min di ritmo ricreativo) da Osh Bazaar. Non un ostello di festa, ma un grande luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi dopo un lungo viaggio sulle montagne o quando sei appena arrivato e stai diventando pronto per la tua avventura kirghize!

This is strong local hotel in a good location. We had a large room on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Twin beds which were comfortable and an en suite shower room with a hot water boiler in the room - made a strange noise but didn't stop me sleeping! Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Best thing about the hotel is the small courtyard garden at the back, lovely for a shady sit. Breakfast buffet has something for western and local tastes - enjoyed home made jam and cakes. Bananas and boiled eggs to fill you up! Location of the hotel is great. There is a small supermarket across the road and up a bit. A pub is on the same side of road one block up. You can walk into the city from here. We also walked to the market too. A good base from which to explore Bishkek and from which to see more of the country.
