我在這裏住了兩晚，衹有一個下午在門口掛過“請勿打擾”的牌子。作為比什凱克最貴的旅館，兩天內居然沒有清潔過一次房間。連牙膏牙刷毛巾礦泉水用完了都要打電話催促，由專人送來。比同城的喜來登、凱悦差遠了。（我在那兩家也都住過兩晚）結賬時我到前台投訴，沒人講過一聲“對不起”。這個管理也真***到極端了！

Не советую тем, кто командировочные жить в этом отеле. Несколько раз останавливался там. Звукоизоляции нет совсем и половина живущих что-то все время всю ночь праздновали. Охрана при обращении к ней вела себя неадекватно. Посколько езжу часто, видимо придётся в другом месте жить. Оценка в приложениях по этому отелю раздута.

For me it was very important to get a quite and discreet hotel for my business meetings in Bishkek. Orion is exactly what I was looking for - it is just the right mix of luxury and being hidden away. For me it also has the nicest touches in the rooms and lobby/restaurant. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

This is truly a hidden gem in Bishkek! I was unsure at first to book a local hotel, but had no option since the international hotels in the city were fully booked or over priced, but when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the center but in a very quiet park area. It is not just spotless clean, but also made of quality materials and very well maintained. The rooms have espresso machines and Italian bathroom amenities, wifi with a decent speed and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast has a very generous spread and service is fast and friendly. The gym is large and was never busy during my stay (as I understand, outside guests are not allowed inside; that's great for me!). The indoor pool is huge and quiet. Overall I had a very comfortable stay and want to say thanks to all the staff who were always friendly and helpful. I also had the chance to have a chat with the GM who's a very friendly chap and very helpful in assisting me to find my way around Bishkek.

First class locally owned facility. The entire staff were very welcoming and helpful at every opportunity. Elegant wood finishes abound. Room itself is quite spacious and bed is super comfortable (especially after s long flight. Good TV. Reasonable fining choices as well. Very good location. Very reasonable prices.
