Sono stato a Birmingham per motivi di lavoro e ho soggiornato al Travelodge Birmingham Central Brodway per alcuni giorni ........ringrazio il Travelodge in generale e in particolare Mehdi della reception per la cortesia e professionalità dimostrata .

Faiyaz and the the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and are always ready to help. Me and my sister constantly return to stay once a month because of.the staff alone they make the stay so enjoyable and easy.

Overnight stay whilst attending an event. Room was basic as travel lodges are, was clean with extra pillows and the shower was good. Man who checked us in on Sat 11th was friendly and helpful. Staff on breakfast in the morning were friendly and attentive. My request for veggie sausages was dealt with promptly and breakfast buffet was good. Thanks to the staff.

Asian guy was amazing he gave us all excellent service we enjoyed our time but the room was very nice and view was very good the room need little up date and the staff was very helpful and friendly and polite and cnt wait to visit the place again it's was very good

Lobby was below what a 3 star hotel should be. Furniture is in bad shade in the reception area. Showers are in poor conditions. WiFi is only available for 30 minutes and after that you are charged for internet...what kind of poor service is this. Definitely a 2 star hotel, not 3.

We stayed overnight after watching a concert at the utility arena in Birmingham and it’s ridiculously close so much so that you don’t need to spend a fortune on an Uber after thousands of people get let out the concert. It’s close to a cinema, bowling place, food et cetera. We were never disturbed by noise of any kind. We had a family room and all the beds were comfy. Staff were extremely helpful at all times of day/night.

We stayed as a family whilst in Birmingham to see a show and this hotel was available at a really good price - it is a Travelodge and you know what you will get for what you pay but the staff were really pleasant and the rooms clean and comfortable.
