Hotel a Binibeca, Spagna

I was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, it was clean and great location and in the weeks stay we had towel and bedding change done 3 times which was very much appreciated. The location was a little noisy until about midnight, probably wouldn't be an issue for most people but with a young child we were in bed by 9ish most nights, luckily my little one slept brilliantly and after the first night I just used my headphones as ear plugs and had a great night's sleep every night. On the subject of noise....the walls are very thin and noise does travel. We did have a very noisy neighbour on the 1st day, who were a little noisy during their affectionate times, slightly awkward and just something to be aware of if you're going as a couple! The pool area was great, perfect for a little one as it is very shallow and we had the area completely to ourselves every day, also free WiFi in this area for guests. The beds were much bigger than the standard single you usually get, I'd say 3/4 size and comfortable. Yes the rooms were a little dated, but for the price for better than I was expecting. Completely functional and clean. There was a ceiling fan and little electrical heater supplied which really heated the space up. Even in 43+ degrees the room was pleasantly cool. Good sized fridge, only hot plates and microwave though for cooking but lovely local restaurants literally a 30 second walk away. Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.

L’hotel è moderno, la colazione e la cena a buffet ricca con acqua alla spina gratis,il resto delle bevande si paga. La piscina si può usare anche il giorno della partenza,la vista mare dalla camera,la vicinanza all’aeroporto,la pulizia generale,l’animazione di sera con spettacoli e musica( es.serata con ballerine di flamenco). A cena non c’è mai stata la paella che invece abbiamo sempre trovato negli altri hotel che siamo stati a Maiorca e Ibiza e neanche i gamberoni, il pesce è sempre un po’ ripetitivo. La pulizia dei piatti,delle posate e delle tovagliette potrebbe essere migliore. Il personale non parla italiano, come in quasi tutta l’isola,ma solo spagnolo e inglese. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di alloggio in questo hotel, non andiamo solitamente a hotel a 3 stelle, ma con la forte domanda che c'era sull'isola abbiamo deciso di alloggiare qui. È un piccolo hotel ma confortevole, la camera e il bagno erano puliti l'accesso per codice è comodo per non dover camminare con la tipica chiave. Il villaggio è molto buono e ha un piccolo passeggiata con diversi ristoranti accanto. L'unica penna che metto è che manca una macchina vending, per avere acqua o qualcosa da mangiare. Nella stessa strada c'è una ”congelatoria” abbiamo fatto colazione 1 giorno x 12 € non lo consiglio né camminare.

5 punti meritati, per cortesia, per pulizia, per posizione, per colazione, per comfort... personale gentile ed attento. Pulizia di tutti gli ambienti e camere impeccabili. Posizione centrale visto che la stazione dei pullman è ad un isolato e comunque il centro raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi e tipici. Camere silenziose, forse con qualche piccolo ritocco da fare. La chicca però è da evidenziare: il green corner, cioè un angolo ricco di spuntini, bevande, dolcini a disposizione degli ospiti dalle 14 in poi. Tornare da mare e trovare frutta, Panini piadine insalata olive e tanto altro non ha prezzo... ps apprezzabile la piscina panoramica e la zona solarium: relax assoluto. Tutto nel rispetto dell ambiente e della biosostenibilita' ... complimenti davvero 💯
