The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to the river walk and many restaurants. There are two malls nearby within a 10 min walk. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time
Will definitely stay there again.

房間還可以正常。空調是那種室內機聲音比較大。衞生間內沒有抽風（或者壞掉了）服務人員都不會講英文西班牙語（都是外國人南美人）但是服務人員很熱情，早餐不錯buffet有個Rudy每天凌晨四點開始服務令人感動的老員工。鑰匙經常開不開門鎖😅

服務很人性化，早餐可以自助做華夫餅！老員工都很好，十幾年如一日！不管是商務出差還是家庭出遊都很好！

Check in was at 4 but we werent able to check in until 6:30 because they were short staffed and hadnt cleaned the room yet. The breakfast was extremely busy. They ran out of fruit and pastries. There were long lines for everything and it was really hard to find a table to sit at.

This hotel has really gone down in quality. I had to help the maintenance man remove the ac unit and install a new one because the ac was as loud as a lawn mower and ruined the night. Then rooms just looked like they hired a 10 year old to fix patches in sheet rock. Rooms and bathrooms looked ridiculous. Breakfast was barely OK. Just really went downhill. Asked for towels since they didn’t clean room and took 1 hour for someone to bring towels. Needs major improvement.

Hotel was older but nicely maintained. Very clean. Check in was easy and clerk was friendly. We did not go down for breakfast (we preferred to sleep in) but it looked like a fairly large set up. The hotel is right across from a large retail and restaurant complex including the Riverwalk. The convention Center is about a block away. Parking was completed full so try to check in early. We would stay here again. We had a great time in San Antonio!
