WOW what a great hotel! I travel extensively and took a wrong turn found myself in Bethlehem PA. Called the Comfort Suites and they had a room and as I was tired from driving I agreed. I went in and the fun began. The counter staff was awesome and the smiles were warming. I have not seen such accommodations since the pandemic. Most places do away with the services my generation has grown to expect however not this place. They do room service allow pets have a pool and a full service lounge all in house. I did not even need to leave my room. I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed those amenities after such a long drive. I hope I have reason to be in the area again so I can go back.

Non mi consiglio questa proprietà. La stanza non era pulita. La sedia da scrivania e il divano avevano tutti i tinni. Non osevo aprire il frigorifero o i gabinetti e la cucina per paura di ciò che potevo trovare. Il bagno aveva tinni moldati. La pressione dell’acqua era molto bassa e la testa del doccia non ha funzionato per cambiare la spray a un altro tipo che permette una pressione migliore. Il letto re aveva due piccole cucchiaini e le lampadine sembravano già state addormentate; tutte le lampade della stanza sembravano non essere state pulite per anni; due delle quattro lampade non funzionavano neanche. Molte delle cliente dell'hotel sembrano vivere qui. Molte persone fumano in aree dove non dovrebbero essere. Le strade erano piene di lenzuola e asciugamani accolti alla fine vicino al custodia. Non ci sono porti USB di caricamento nella stanza. Ho dovuto rotare tutta la mia tecnologia tra il singolo USB che ho imballato. Il Wi-Fi è anche un po' spotto. Non mi sentivo molto sicuro in questo hotel. Ero così grato di essere qui solo una notte per il viaggio d'affari. Ho sempre letto le recensioni prima di prenotare ovunque. In questo caso, tuttavia, ho prenotato senza farlo perché ho dovuto fare un viaggio d'affari urgente. Non farò lo stesso errore di nuovo.

I had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Beds are absolutely the most comfortable I slept on in a long time. Will use this hotel again and I'll recommend to anyone going to that area. I booked on Trip.com for a pretty big discount.
