I migliori hotel con spa a Besut

Il miglior resort di sempre. Dal molo il servizio è stato fantastico. Se scegli il trasferimento in barca da Bubu, non è necessario condividere con altri passeggeri del resort, solo ospiti Bubu. I bagagli saranno organizzati da loro. Porta solo le tue cose. Quindi quando torni indietro, non hai bisogno di q come gli altri. Aspetta nella hall, aspetta che arrivi la barca! Dal check-in fino al check-out, il loro staff è così allegro! La colazione era eccezionale con la vista sulla spiaggia! Sicuramente lo ripeterò dopo questo.

Voglio dare alcune informazioni sulla villa giardino e la villa oceanica, la villa giardino è meglio di quella giardino, ha cortile privato, è un po' lontano dal lobby per più privacy e pace, ma la villa oceanica è vicino al ristorante e non è privata, la residenza di giardini villa dovrebbe passare attraverso le villa oceaniche per arrivare alla loro stanza e non è nemmeno la spiaggia davanti, non ha cortile privato in modo che gli ospiti non potevano aprire le tende e utilizzare la vista 🫣it dovrebbe be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive 😑 Il bagno e il bagno non hanno porta ma hanno vista al giardino. Le cose sono grandi. 👍🏼 Il cibo è il migliore dell'isola, ma è completamente medio. Snorkeling con firo è stato fantastico.😝 Tutto è perfetto, consiglio fortemente questa villa.🫶🏻

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

Premetto dicendo che questo resort è sicuramente un po' datato e presenta alcuni piccoli difetti (ad esempio le sdraio in legno presenti sulla spiaggia sono tutte rotte)...diciamo che avrebbe bisogno di una bella manutenzione generale. A parte questo...non posso fare altro che consigliare questa struttura: la spiaggia che si trova davanti al resort è una delle più belle dell'isola. A pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere altri resort presenti sull'isola...costano meno ma effettivamente la loro spiaggia non è paragonabile a quella del Pir. Noi abbiamo preso la camera fronte spiaggia ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare: addormentarsi sentendo il suono delle onde del mare non ha prezzo! La camera era molto spaziosa. Ogni giorno, mentre facevamo colazione, la camera veniva rassettata e venivano cambiati gli asciugamani.

We had a great time. It is our 2nd wedding anniversary & we have booked a 3 days 2 nights trip to Marriott Pulau Perhentian. The transfer of the ferry is smooth, although we wish they could have more rounds transfer but overall it’s good enough. The restaurant tried their best to accommodate us, also special thanks to Alia from Dapur arranged for us to take away our lunch, they packed it nicely into lunch boxes for us cause we are catching our 12pm ferry after check out. The beaches are nice and not crowded, clean. Rooms are comfortable and service is swift. We will definitely be back again. Thank u guys. Also special thanks for Fairfield by Marriott restaurant staffs. Their service is amazing too.

All'interno del resort è stato stupendo incontrare Simone , chef italiano, che ha aperto un ristorante italiano di altissima qualita'. Le ricette sottolineano l'influenza sarda dello chef che con estrema attenzione cura i dettagli partendo dalle materie prime di qualita' all'impiattamento studiato ad HOC per ogni pietanza. L'isola dei nuraghi è un viaggio nei sapori italiani ... CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
