My colleague and I had pre-booked rooms with King-size beds, but we were given rooms with narrow Twin beds, which were uncomfortable. We were told that, unfortunately, there were no King rooms available, although judging by the light coming from the windows, half of the rooms appeared to be empty.
The worst part was that the two of us were given rooms at the very end of the hallway on the ground floor, directly above the parking exit. It was unbearably loud starting at 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, right above this parking exit, there was a flag with the hotel logo that was poorly secured, and it squeaked all night in the wind. From 5 a.m., deliveries began through the parking area, with carts rolling back and forth, creating an unbearable rumble and noise that echoed through the rooms.
This is a very clean hotel with nice complimentary amenities like a restocked minibar, and overall it’s a good property. However, the way we were treated — being given the worst possible rooms — ruined the entire experience for us.

Posizione:
Penso che la posizione sia perfetta. Zona non troppo trafficata in quanto è a 8 minuti a piedi da Kurfürstendamm ma comunque centrale. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze e puoi camminare per 10 minuti fino alla fermata dell'autobus 100 che ti porterà dove vuoi.

Servizio ottimo e cordiale. L'addetto alla reception ci ha accolto con un sorriso caloroso e il check-in è stato rapidissimo. Abbiamo anche chiesto delle pantofole e le abbiamo ottenute subito. Perfetto.
Pulizia
Il pavimento in pietra presentava alcune macchie ma niente di grave o ”sporco” in alcun modo. Il servizio in camera era davvero buono e in generale l'hotel era super pulito e igienico, soprattutto nell'area spa.

La sauna e la piscina erano super pulite e un ottimo posto per rilassarsi. La colazione era un sogno, dai waffle sul pane alle salsicce calde, le opzioni erano quasi infinite.

Ho prenotato questo hotel sul sito trip.com a notte a 135,2 Avevo pagato online ma, con mia sorpresa, quando sono arrivato in hotel mi hanno chiesto di pagare nuovamente 124,35 cosa che mi ha sorpreso e mi sono detta che pagando direttamente al l'hotel era più economico che sul sito, mi è stato addebitato due volte e sto ancora aspettando il rimborso da parte dell'hotel. La prossima volta cercherò di non prenotare sul sito e di andare direttamente sul sito dell'hotel.

Il servizio era davvero fantastico. Le camere sono super attrezzate e sembrano buone.

Siamo arrivati all'hotel circa le nove e mezzo della mattina. La signorina della ricetta è molto amichevole. Capisco molto che io e il signore siamo stanchi di dieci ore di aereo lungo e ci dica che la stanza sta raccogliendo. Dopo un'ora, possiamo stare al sicuro. Questo è un servizio molto amichevole.
La stanza è molto grande, c'è una sala abitabile spaziale. L'unico difetto è che il corridoio dalla porta elettrica alla stanza è troppo lungo.La colazione è buona, ci sono attrezzature che permettono agli ospiti di avere frutta fresca e frutta. Questa esperienza è molto buona, e il caffè è anche molto buono.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, vicino al famoso centro commerciale di lusso Kadewe di Berlino. Una stanza è sufficiente per una persona sola, ma la camera doppia è un po' troppo piccola, può ospitare due persone, ma non c'è spazio per mettere 2 scatole grandi e 2 scatole piccole... Il prezzo è un po' caro, e l'hotel nel complesso sembra un po' insoddisfacente, adeguato al prezzo. La colazione è piuttosto ricca (quella negli hotel tedeschi è praticamente la stessa tipologia, sapete).

La posizione è molto buona nel cuore di Kudam, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria dello zoo. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La hall, il ristorante, il bar, la piscina sono molto belli ed eleganti. Sfortunatamente, le camere standard sono piuttosto datate, soprattutto il bagno. I mobili sembrano davvero quelli degli anni '80, con specchi con fili all'ingresso. Mi sentivo come in uno spogliatoio. Nel complesso il soggiorno nella mia camera è stato buono. Credo che abbiano anche aggiornato le camere.

AAMAR ANWARLocation
Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è un po' lontana a seconda delle attrazioni che desideri vedere. Tuttavia, la città offre iniziative straordinarie come biciclette, scooter e motorini che puoi noleggiare a un prezzo basso per spostarti in città. È facile creare un account e iniziare a viaggiare su entrambi, spesso sono nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ovviamente hanno ottimi collegamenti di trasporto come autobus, tram e treno. La Warschnauzer StraB è la stazione ferroviaria più vicina all'hotel, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, quindi super comoda, anche se abbiamo trovato le mappe dei treni un po' difficili da capire, quindi abbiamo fatto molto affidamento su Google Maps per dirci quali treni utilizzare.
Il servizio e la pulizia dell'hotel sono ottimi, non abbiamo avuto problemi di sorta. Nel complesso, gli asciugamani, la biancheria da letto, il bagno e la camera da letto erano immacolati. Niente da eccepire o commentare negativamente. Non abbiamo utilizzato il servizio in camera, l'opzione aggiuntiva della colazione continentale o il bar al piano di sotto, quindi non possiamo commentare in merito. Ma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
I servizi sono favolosi, il centro fitness dispone di una palestra più grande della maggior parte delle palestre degli hotel, super comoda con un'ampia varietà di macchine. Come una palestra commerciale al ribasso con macchine generiche. Pratici shampoo, balsamo, saponi per le mani e gel doccia gratuiti in grandi contenitori. Ancora una volta, questi sono gli unici servizi che abbiamo utilizzato, quindi non possiamo commentare altre cose.
Nel complesso hotel incantevole, molto eccentrico, con molto fascino. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad altri perché siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e saremmo felici di soggiornare in altri Nhow.

UUtente ospiteThe location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE.
We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms.
We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us?
When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space.
After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed.
We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms.
In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous.
Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms.
Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.

SSeo Jeong MoonNel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Ritornerei sicuramente per un soggiorno di una notte a Berlino. Si ottiene quello che si paga. Se hai il sonno profondo e non ti dispiace sacrificare un po' di spazio per la posizione, questo è il posto giusto.
Posizione: nel centro città e proprio accanto all'uscita della metropolitana. Il quartiere sembra un po' ”berlinese” di notte, ma ho sentito che in realtà è in una zona sicura. Nello stesso edificio si trova una farmacia e anche un negozio di alimentari è a 3 minuti a piedi.
Pulizia: la capsula stessa era molto pulita. Mi è piaciuta l'idea della capsula e il modo in cui sostituiscono il materasso ogni mattina. Tuttavia, la doccia e la toilette necessitano di una pulizia più frequente. Niente di spiacevole, solo un po' disordinato, quindi quattro stelle.
Servizio: ottimo, erano il solito personale cordiale dell'ostello
Struttura: fantastica. una stella in meno perché la ventilazione della capsula non era forte, quindi ho dovuto aprirla un po' per far entrare aria fresca. L'atmosfera è fantastica e tutti erano educati e tranquilli, quindi non ho avuto problemi. Tuttavia, potevo sentire il rumore proveniente dall'esterno e dalle capsule in prossimità, quindi l'isolamento acustico e la privacy sono a metà tra una camera d'albergo economica e un dormitorio in un ostello. che corrisponde al prezzo.

Reception services were good and could stay in lobby kitchen before check in time.
The room had oven, fridges, sink and the bathroom and shower is common.
The surprise was that there was also a tv.
The breakfast has not many vegan options as announced but it was quite good and is taken outside where is also garden.
