Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'alloggio. Il personale era sempre disponibile. L'offerta per la colazione era del tutto sufficiente. Il latte di soia era disponibile anche su richiesta. La stanza è abbastanza grande. Purtroppo non avevamo il frigo per mantenere le bevande fredde. Ci vogliono circa 13 minuti per arrivare ad Alex. Nel complesso, il collegamento in autobus con tutte le attrazioni è molto buono.

Location: you have two train stations near, Ostbanhof is the next one so you will get from the airport in about 25 minutes, they also have a bus station about 50 m away from the hotel entrance, There is a shopping mall, 40 m away and many restaurants in Kreuzberg 5-10 minutes walking, this may include Watergate club. Tresor and Berghain are less than 25 minutes walking or 15 in public transport. The room was very clean and confortable, WiFi works properly and the staff always receive you with a smile. Breakfast is well served, with many options, I was surprised that the chef supervised everyday how it was going. They also have parking lot.

In summary: Superb breakfast, good rooms, pretty good location (but there are better in Berlin), a few details could be improved. Good value for money. Accor has a huge range of hotels in Berlin, this is for them a midrange offering. The rooms are of reasonable size, I had a huge bathroom, minibar and room safe. Very clean. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Free wifi good enough for video streaming (there's also 'premium wifi' you can pay for). TV and heating controls fussy. Shower gel holder in the bathroom remained empty throughout my four day stay though there was liquid soap by the sink. Reading lights in room below average. Reception friendly, a little chaotic. The hotel restaurant is open in the evenings, snacks and drinks available after hours. Locked luggage storage next to reception. Breakfast is really nice - great coffee and fruit juice, all the rest as you would expect including some cold fish dishes. One level below an 'omelette bar' status but still pretty good for this price level of hotel. Location in Berlin Mitte is pretty good - they're two U-Bahn stations and several bus stops within a few minutes' walk, even though some of the bus schedules are a bit disappointing. Nikolaiviertel is 5 minutes walk away and if you increase your walking time to 15 minutes you can get to Alexanderplatz and Museuminsel easily enough. There are better location hotels in Mitte but it's quite OK really. Good value for money; rates vary quite a bit by day of the week (so if your travel days are flexible play around with your stay dates). I generally stay either more downmarket or more upmarket than this but it's interesting to see how a midrange hotel works - quite OK, though as often in this category of hotel proactive detail management doesn't get priority. I would recommend.

La camera d'albergo era confortevole. Abbiamo goduto di un buon grado di privacy. La mia unica lamentela è che durante il nostro viaggio, sulla mia carta di credito sono stati addebitati € 194 dall'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato il prezzo intero per la camera. Naturalmente, l'hotel lo ha rimborsato immediatamente. Questo però non mi ha compensato del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni per ricevere i soldi sul mio conto. A quel punto avevo solo 50€ in contanti e 31£ sul mio conto in banca. Questo mi ha fatto sentire insicuro, dato che normalmente ho abbastanza soldi nel caso qualcosa vada storto. Non credo che la mia carta avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata in primo luogo e il membro del personale che ha effettuato l'addebito accidentale con la carta dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alle informazioni finanziarie degli ospiti.

Viaggio di 5 giorni e 4 notti alla scoperta di Berlino. Ottima posizione, vicino alle fermate di autobus e tram e a 15 minuti a piedi dello snodo ferroviario di Alexander Platz da dove puoi raggiungere qualunque parte della città, fino all’aeroporto. Albergo molto grande, con centinaia di stanze divise su 4 piani, ma nonostante tutto abbastanza silenzioso. Sala colazione molto grande e ben arredata, tantissima scelta al buffet, che non rimaneva mai vuoto, con continue aggiunte. C’è anche un bar/ristorante che funziona e bene dal pomeriggio fino a tarda notte. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Stanza bella, abbastanza comoda e ben climatizzata. Letto grande e comodo. L’unico neo è il bagno, ben tenuto ma piccolo. Pulizia ben fatta e giornaliera. Da provare.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

Cute hotel with a cool vibe across the street from a portion of the old Berlin Wall that has very interesting murals (done in the early 1990s and renewed in the last few years) generally on the theme of the wall falling. Our room had a great view of the wall and the river, but the window, while floor to ceiling, was on the narrow side—maybe 3-4 feet wide. The hotel is away from the most heavily touristed part of the City in an interesting, somewhat gritty part of former East Berlin. Perfectly safe feeling. It is what we were looking for but it is a 20 minute walk to the central sites like the Brandenburg Gate (there is a bus stop on a quick line in that direction right out front and an S-Bahn (tram) stop on a line that goes everywhere about 10 minutes away).

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo il fine settimana al palazzo dell'Industria. Ho avuto una stanza che condividi con due amici, tutto sembrava buono. Ho lasciato il mio Nintendo Switch sul tavolo pensando di poterlo fare se solo io, alcuni amici e personale dell'ostello avesse accesso alla stanza. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel la sera, la console stessa era andata, e io sono andato alla ricezione per chiedere se qualcuno l'avesse presa o portata perduta e trovata in un incidente. I dipendenti erano solo incazzati e accusarono i miei amici di rubarmi. Abbiamo controllato tutti i bagagli per vedere se qualcuno li metteva in uno dei bagagli mentre pulivava, ma non c'era nulla. Mi dissero che chiederebbero di tenere la casa se vedessero la cosa nella mia stanza e, ovviamente, non lo facevano, e ancora una volta la gente della ricezione disse che era colpa mia e che devo averla persa da qualche parte. Se volessi avere più aiuto, mi hanno detto di riferirlo alla polizia. La sicurezza dell'albero stesso è anche terribile, durante il giorno la gente alla ricezione non si prestava attenzione a chi entrava o non si disturbava, erano più occupati con se stessi. Tutto ciò è stato un'esperienza terribile e consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono prenotare questo ostello di rimanere il più lontano possibile.

The hotel experience starts with their website and is a clue to the creativity put into this place. We stayed in a loft room that faced the courtyard. The loft is unique and does require climbing a ladder and a little hike to get in the bed. The room was small, clean, had a TV with its own preset content, pretty poor WiFi, cute yoga/exercise room on different floor and very nice breakfast buffet with lots of vegan options. Open windows allowed airflow along with some music/courtyard noise that eventually got quiet and although its nonsmoking rooms unusual smells came from courtyard which caused us to close window. The challenge is with window closed it got unbearably stuffy in our room. It’s the main reason for four vs five stars. I would recommend the hotel simply not allow staff, guests or otherwise to smoke there at all. The hotel reception desk,housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also recommended to try at least once which also had vegan options and excellent staff. The cafe had excellent staff as well just very few vegan food options.

After staying in October last year for an unplanned night I spent two separate nights in early January at this hotel. Initially check in be a bit of a faff with getting their app etc etc and that can be initially an off putting thing. When you have done it then fine as it is always there on your phone and then check in etc becomes easy. The staff there are really great and I left a sentimental belonging behind and they were so helpful but I did manage to,return and collect it. The food such as the pulled pork burger was superb and service was prompt and friendly. It is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Berlin for a few days. It is also so convenient as Berlin Ostbahnhof is literally on the other side of the road!

Posizione ottimale, clima informale e giovane molto educato (scritta così mi sento molto vecchio... ma devo dire che per essere un ostello non deve spaventare e può andare chiunque, di qualsiasi età). Organizzazione dello staff impeccabile e prezzi davvero convenienti. La camera matrimoniale con bagno privato non ha nulla da invidiare ad un hotel (ben più costoso). Colazione molto buona e ricca a prezzo super !

This is , by far , the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Let’s skip all the small things like rudeness of the personnel , lack of guiding signs and zero sound isolation . You can see something like this in many hotels , so I wouldn’t even bother . But when at 4 a.m. the door of you room suddenly opens and somebody walks in (!) , you realize that your choice of hotel was horribly wrong . Fortunately , it was just two drunk guys who missed their door and somehow opened mine with their card key . After realizing their mistake , they just laughed and went away . Without knowing what might come in their drunk heads (they could think that it would be funny to “pay a visit” to a neighbour) , I barricaded my door with chairs , then called the reception . The guy who was on the night shift was the ONLY person in that hotel that actually tried to help me . He apologized immediately , re-encoded my card key and even asked if I would like to change the room . As he already re-encoded the key , I said that there is no need for the change , but , still being nervous that somebody can open the room after I check out (I was staying for only one night) , I asked if somebody can check the room in my presence at 9 a.m. to be sure that there is no any damage done to it . He said it’s ok . Obviously , no one came to check it . At the reception there was another guy who knew nothing and were refusing to communicate pretending he doesn’t know English . After I finally explained him what happened , he asked if something was stolen from me . I said no . And then he replied : “ So what’s the problem then ?” Sure , somebody walking in your room in the middle of the night must be something completely natural . Even it was in the middle of the day , it’s still unacceptable . They call themselves a 3 star hotel , but cannot provide even the basics of safety . Fortunately , this time it end well . But is not your usual “bad hotel” experience . It is a situation that could lead to an actual crime ! I don’t even want to think what could happen if these two guys had bad intentions . Or what if instead of me there was girl or somebody with children . Very sad that I cannot put 0 out of 5 , because even 1 is too much for something like this .

new place , weel designed , great staff, lovely design , very clean , very confortabile , good lication , 100% privacy in your apartament ,I didn't like : the fact the tv was beside and not in front of the bed and covered from the screen between the bed and the dining table , there is no bedside table on one side of the bed ,the wardrobe is too small for 2 people, I totally didn't like than in 4 days nobody come to clean the apartment even to change the towelss .
