It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm.
Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid.
If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

L'hotel mi piaceva perché era molto ben mantenuto e il personale era professionale e molto utile. A me piaceva il colazione dell'hotel e le camere erano pulite e ben temperate. Anche avere una macchina da caffè e poche snack da vendere alla ricezione era una scelta molto buona, perché rende facile ottenere snack a mezzanotte o qualcosa da bere.
Solo in fondo o in fondo alla questione non potevo prenotare un letto di grande dimensione e dovevo gestire due letti separati.
Raccomanderò questo hotel a chiunque voglia di alloggiare in qualsiasi luogo intorno a Spandau.

La posizione è buona, ci vogliono circa 7 minuti a piedi dopo essere scesi dall'autobus. Tuttavia, non c'è nessun supermercato o cibo nelle vicinanze, quindi devi camminare per circa dieci minuti per avere più scelta. Ma il vantaggio è che è relativamente silenzioso.
La stanza non è grande e non c'è spazio per camminare, ma è confortevole, con tende elettriche, letti comodi e luci soffuse.
Il bagno è spazioso, ma tieni presente che il bagno non ha porte. C'è un sistema di altoparlanti Bluetooth nel bagno e nella stanza, il che è molto speciale.

Dopo 11 notti, la fluttuazione orizzontale della corsa è molto grande ogni giorno, così è buona alla reception, e una telefonata per risolvere.

La posizione dell'hotel non è delle migliori, tuttavia sei a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione Birkenstase U e puoi andare ovunque perché i collegamenti di trasporto sono fantastici.
L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale della reception è stato favoloso.
Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli.
La cosa migliore del posto è stata la colazione. La maggior parte delle nazionalità è stata accolta e il cibo era eccellente.

La stanza non è grande ma molto pulita e molto tranquilla.Arrivo da un minuto o due dalla metropolitana, e c'è un piccolo dipartimento di vendita sotto l'hotel, e è più conveniente comprare acqua.
Penso che l'unico posto in cui le strutture sono imperfette sia l'hotel che il sottostante non hanno acqua calda per bere, ma sono accettabili.
C'è un piccolo parco a sette minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La prossima volta penseremo al soggiorno e la raccomandazione.

Es war alles perfekt. Das Zimmer außergewöhnlich geschnitten, mit hochwertigen Designelementen, das Bett sehr bequem, ein wenig zu klein für uns, das Restaurant nebenan super gut, zwei mal dort gegessen. Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gehabt, in der 4. Etage, Frühstück inklusive. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

非常好的酒店，值得特地寫一個長評
🩵服務：酒店是自助checkin，預訂後會發郵件過來填一些聯繫訊息，我給了之前在英國用的手機號所以可以無障礙在whatsapp聯繫。我們早上六點半落地柏林八點多到的酒店，酒店沒有前台但是樓下的同名咖啡店某種意義上也充當了前台的作用可以寄存行李。到之前工作人員會詢問到達時間然後給可以在酒店內通行的密碼（都是輸密碼的電子鎖）本來想這麼早先寄存行李了，但房間已經收拾好了工作人員激活了密碼，我們就提取入住了。工作人員真的特別好，表揚👍
💜環境：酒店在夏洛滕堡居民區這邊，我在柏林待了五天四晚東邊西邊都晃了一圈，最後結論是還是住這個區域最舒服。這邊靜謐，車流少遊客少，治安也挺好的（這點很重要）。交通和生活都很方便。附近有兩個大車站（有地鐵有輕軌有火車），都在步行十五分鐘的範圍內，直達市中心波茨坦廣場也就十幾分鍾，特別方便。附近有很多小餐館，越南菜館中餐館中國超市都有，也是步行十分鐘範圍內。兩條街外還有個類似這片區域中心的地方，有大商場大超市和很多葯粧店。
🩷房間設施：一室一廳的户型非常寬敞，大樹景落地窗很宜人。客廳有沙發落地燈餐桌電視櫃電視，還有b&o的藍牙音箱。小廚房和洗衣機都收納在壁櫃裏，配了全套的餐具廚具還有咖啡機。洗衣機是洗烘一體式的，但沒有配洗衣液，建議自帶點兒洗衣球，我們去附近超市買了。浴室很乾凈舒服，有淋浴有浴缸。房間的床我感覺是一米六的，在歐洲算蠻寬敞的了，兩個人睡一點不擠。
總之是非常非常好的居住體驗，每天在外面玩一天回來都有種回家的感覺，給這趟柏林之旅增添了很多美好，都有點不想去下一個城市了🥺下次來柏林還會首選Carlotta👍這錢花得太值了

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

UUtente ospite”Mein Aufenthalt im DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berlin war fantastisch. Von der ersten Minute an fühlte ich mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohl und willkommen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und der Check-in verlief reibungslos.
Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann - vom bequemen Bett über den Flachbild-TV bis hin zur Nespresso-Maschine. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die umliegende Umgebung war wunderbar.
Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls tiptop in Schuss und mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Ich habe fantastisch geschlafen und mich rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet im hauseigenen Restaurant ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl an leckeren und hochwertigen Speisen war riesig - vom Rührei über frische Brötchen bis hin zu Obst, Säften und Müsli. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kurfürstendamm mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist erstklassig.
Insgesamt kann ich das DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berlin wärmstens empfehlen. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werde definitiv wiederkommen.”

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è un po' lontana a seconda delle attrazioni che desideri vedere. Tuttavia, la città offre iniziative straordinarie come biciclette, scooter e motorini che puoi noleggiare a un prezzo basso per spostarti in città. È facile creare un account e iniziare a viaggiare su entrambi, spesso sono nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ovviamente hanno ottimi collegamenti di trasporto come autobus, tram e treno. La Warschnauzer StraB è la stazione ferroviaria più vicina all'hotel, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, quindi super comoda, anche se abbiamo trovato le mappe dei treni un po' difficili da capire, quindi abbiamo fatto molto affidamento su Google Maps per dirci quali treni utilizzare.
Il servizio e la pulizia dell'hotel sono ottimi, non abbiamo avuto problemi di sorta. Nel complesso, gli asciugamani, la biancheria da letto, il bagno e la camera da letto erano immacolati. Niente da eccepire o commentare negativamente. Non abbiamo utilizzato il servizio in camera, l'opzione aggiuntiva della colazione continentale o il bar al piano di sotto, quindi non possiamo commentare in merito. Ma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
I servizi sono favolosi, il centro fitness dispone di una palestra più grande della maggior parte delle palestre degli hotel, super comoda con un'ampia varietà di macchine. Come una palestra commerciale al ribasso con macchine generiche. Pratici shampoo, balsamo, saponi per le mani e gel doccia gratuiti in grandi contenitori. Ancora una volta, questi sono gli unici servizi che abbiamo utilizzato, quindi non possiamo commentare altre cose.
Nel complesso hotel incantevole, molto eccentrico, con molto fascino. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad altri perché siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e saremmo felici di soggiornare in altri Nhow.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.
There was a minor hiccup when I checked out, as both the hotel and my travel agency charged the city tax. However, the customer service team from the travel agency was quick to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at the Berlin Hilton was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.

EetRlo1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use.
2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet.
3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so.
4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss.
5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key,
6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly.
7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle.
8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.

Reception services were good and could stay in lobby kitchen before check in time.
The room had oven, fridges, sink and the bathroom and shower is common.
The surprise was that there was also a tv.
The breakfast has not many vegan options as announced but it was quite good and is taken outside where is also garden.
