Family of four from Denmark Booked two rooms in January for arrival April 3rd in Berlin. When we arrived in Berlin, the receptionist found our booking right away, but said we were from Singapore and a company. Very strange. She also said that the two rooms had not been paid for. (We paid immediately in January.) We had to pay one more time. We mentioned that the rooms were booked through Trip. com, but she said that the hotel had no agreements with such a booking entity. When we got the rooms, it was on two different floors, so we couldn't enter our family and meet, as the card keys do not give access to other floors, incl. the elevator.

良い部屋でした。しかし、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。フロントで航空券のコピーを頼むと、快く引き受けてくれました。

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly as soon as we walked through the door. We were provided with early check in, so useful, room was great on 7th Floor, slept really well. Happy hour was 5-7 which was great after exploring the great city. We had breakfast part of our stay and had light snacks in evening which worked really well. They kindly ordered taxi for us and we will definitely go back . Thanks to all the lovely staff 👍.

A six night stay (without breakfasts) in a comfortable room with little noise from outside (apart from the sirens of occasional passing fire engines and ambulances). Coffee making facilities provided. Location was good with K'Damm not far and the UBahn station only metres away. The U9 gets you to the S Bahn services within two stops. The nearest supermarket was one stop away in the Rathaus Steglitz direction where there is an Aldi and an Edeka to get supplies.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Check in was 3pm but we arrived early due to our flight times and our room was already ready which was great. Absolutely spotless, great size bathroom and bedroom, staff lovely and friendly, in a great location (quiet in the evening but 30 second walk from the metro to get into the “centre” of Berlin). Absolutely would stay here again without fail. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wenige Schritte von der U Bahn Spichernstraße liegt das Premier Inn in Wilmersdorf. Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber und recht geräumig. Kleiderschrank gibt es nicht wirklich aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt reicht es aus. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt darum können wir dazu nichts sagen.

Super Business Hotel in optimaler Lage (U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür). Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und sauber, die Betten groß und bequem. Im Loungebereich kann man entspannt sitzen und die Preise sind gerade mit Blick auf andere Hotels in Berlin absolut ok.

Klasse Anbindung, neues Hotel, Frühstück immer das gleiche, leider aufgebackene Brötchen, Bar (Bier schenken) muss noch was geübt werden. Kein Kleiderschrank, keine minibar. Zimmer putzen auf Anfrage ! Sonst super geschlafen aber für längere Zeit ist das Zimmer was klein und Preis hoch .

Prima hotel in een leuke buurt. De kamers zijn netjes (alles lijkt vrij nieuw). Mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te maken op de kamer. Mooi sanitair. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Metro station op steenworp afstand. Leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Niets op aan te merken.

Ok, es ist Messe in der Stadt, aber EUR knappe EUR 200 für spartanische 14 qm sind schon sportlich; besonders so komplett ohne jegliche Serviceleistung. Kein Safe für Wertsachen, kein Zahnputzbecher, kein vernünftige Platz für den Laptop, keine Ablageflächen, eiskalter Fußboden im Badezimmer ohne Heizung, keine automatische Zimmer-Reinigung (muss extra bestellt werden). Premier Inn, aber sicher auch Dernier Out. Ich bin zum ersten Mal hier, aber auch das letzte Mal. Das nächste Mal: Motel One. Weniger Geld, mehr Hotel

Das Hotel ist brandneu. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber recht klein. Bad dagegen recht groß. Service und Professionalität beim Check in waren semi optimal. Alle Wünsche wurden kategorisch abgelehnt. Das Ambiente in der Lobby ist schön aber auch auf den zweiten Blick schon schmuddelig. Das geht für 200 Euro die Nacht besser.
