Hotel in zona Café am Neuen See, Berlino

La stanza era pulita e confortevole senza schermi. La posizione dell'hotel era ideale. È stato vicino a attrazioni, ristoranti e shopping, rendendo molto conveniente esplorare la città. Posso consigliare questo hotel senza riserve e sarò di nuovo in città la prossima volta.

Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc..

È un albergo semplice ed in vecchio stile, ma confortevole e ben posizionato: vicino al KadeWe, ad una fermata della metropolitana, alla stazione Zoologischer Garten ed alla fermata dell'autobus 100 che porta direttamente alla Seigessaule, alla Porta di Brandeburgo, Unter den Linden ed all'Isola dei Musei. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi, posizione tranquilla, personale gentile ed attento.

Bagno piccolo, hotel in buona posizione dallo zoo e dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono dei locali carini in zona, incluso il Maxxim. La cosa è stata molto strana: l'ultima sera sono entrato in albergo e sono andato nella mia camera d'albergo, in cima alle scale un uomo sembrava molto sospettoso. Subito dopo averlo visto anche lui salì di sopra. Il corridoio delle camere è accessibile a tutti, anche a chi non dormi lì! Molto strano! La colazione era buona

La posizione è particolarmente pulita e molto sicura. Guarda molto sicura. Si consiglia di stare. L'unico difetto può essere che non c'è una stazione di metropolitana vicino. Una stazione di bus che arriva per qualche minuto al centro della città è anche molto lontana dal supermercato vicino

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

La posizione è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Berlino. I servizi sono buoni ma alcuni non sono gratuiti. La stanza all'interno sembra vecchia a differenza della hall, dei corridoi, ecc. Non molto servizio svolto. Il giorno del check-out, apriranno la porta per verificare se c'è ancora qualcuno all'interno anche se non è ancora l'orario del check-out.

Overall Experience Impressive property that reflects the care and attention to detail management and staff have devoted to this gem. While it isn’t next door to the Mall of Berlin (20-minute subway ride away) and does not have the city-center bustle (meh), Hotel Louisa’s Place has an old-world charm with all the modern conveniences needed for a very comfortable stay. I will stay here on my next trip to Berlin and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable alternative to the corporate chain hotels. Room: Very much liked the room floorplan. It was like a 1-bedroom apartment with a separate living/dining/kitchen area and a patio with a table for two overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower. The 12-foot-high ceilings with ornate crown molding and large windows made it seem very grand. We felt as though we had a posh European flat for our week in Berlin with all the amenities of a very nice hotel. Location: I was surprised to learn that everything we needed during our stay was within walking distance. We found three grocery stores and more restaurants than we had time to try all within a 5–10-minute walk. There was also an abundance of other shops and stores near the hotel. The U-Bahn (subway) station was 1 block from the front door. The S-Bahn (main city-wide trains) station was a 8-10-minute walk or you could walk to the U-Bahn and ride it to the next stop and shorten the walk to the S-Bahn. We did not need a rental car since all of our activities were accessible from the nearby subway or train. Price: I did my homework and found this hotel to be well-positioned in the market. Value for money was very good. So glad we did not stay in the chain hotel we were considering. Service: Unlike American hotels post-pandemic, housekeeping was done every day of our stay with fresh towels as needed. They emptied the trash bins and collected recycled containers and generally tidied up. All staff were very friendly and eager to help with any questions and requests we had. Cleanliness: All aspects of this hotel were well tended to. I typically wipe down drawers and shelves before putting clothes away. That was not necessary at this hotel. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and I was impressed by how this older building has been meticulously upgraded and maintained.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.
