We booked the Sora western room type, which was described as having two double beds and three futon beds. However, upon arrival, I didn't see any futon beds in the room nor were they offered. In terms of service, I expected a better introduction to the rooms given the price I am paying. We received a very simple introduction to the common area, but didn't get a room tour showing where things are located, which Yukata to wear indoors and outdoors, etc. I've paid a similar price for another onsen hotel where we received a much better reception upon arrival. We did ask for breakfast in the room for more privacy, and while we were able to do that for half the price at other hotels in Fukuoka, the staff didn't seem to understand when we asked about it. Overall, the amenities and room are really good, but service-wise, it's hit or miss.

Booked the room with private onsen, really a great experience! The tepenyaki dinner is really great. Staff is very helpful! But beware of the mosquitoes from the outdoors.

Beautiful place to stay when you plan to spend some days in the hot spring capital….go for a room with indoor bath, so you can enjoy the healthy hot spring water whenever you like in the privacy of your room. We had teppanyaki for dinner twice, excellent food accompanied by an extensive wine list. Service is great, all staff very helpful and kind.

Good sand hot spring for travellers to experience. Fair dinner. Great spacious house and enjoy the stay

在別府非常有名的一個温泉酒店，酒店在半山腰，空氣清新，到店後，有中文服務員給你詳細介紹店裡的設施以及各種情況，房裡有私湯和公共浴場。晚餐鐵板燒和日式早餐都非常非常的不錯。唯一要注意的就是到店時間要早一點，否則早餐和晚餐預約的時間會很單一，沒有選擇的餘地。

傳統大型日式酒店，佔地非常廣，房間數目、種類繁多！地理位置相當近海地獄！員工服務態度非常好，房間非常大，分西式廳及日式廳，並有露台及私人風呂，乾淨衞生！食物質素非常高，絕對不容錯過其鐵板燒晚餐😋

是個日本庭院式酒店，非常漂亮。地理位置也很好，就在鬼山地獄的後面。周圍有6個地獄温泉，走路就可以到達。房間超級大，帶有小庭院和室內室外兩個私湯，温泉很棒，室外温湯的私隱性還行。 晚上環境很安靜，白天可以聽到鬼山温泉的旅遊團聲音，稍稍有點吵😅。酒店服務很周到，門口接待迎賓報上你的名字，會有相應的中文接待人員幫你辦入住，會詢問你第2天早餐的用餐時間，一般有7:30和9點兩個選擇，如需在酒店晚餐需要提前預訂，我們預訂是貴一些的懷石料理，酒店工作人員很耐心的詢問我們是否有海鮮過敏情況。懷石料理的量還是挺多的，不會吃不飽😄。 早餐不是自助餐是分餐式，可以指定日式早餐或西式早餐。雖然我們選擇的是簡易的打掃，但是酒店還是幫我們打掃很乾凈。瓶裝水每天都提供了6瓶，分量挺足。美中不足的是美容鏡沒有電，LED燈不亮。衞生間馬桶沖水時，旁邊的小便池會發出巨響，嚇人一大跳，特別是晚上😅。 總之是個很棒的酒店，稍稍有些不足，但下次去別府還是會入住。

酒店位於海地獄隔離，訂的房間是自帶室內風呂，十分寬敞，另有說中文員工全程照顧，如果有帶小孩，若訂了早晚餐，一定要提前一日打電話預訂，早晚餐很豐盛

친절한 접객원의 응대와, 깔끔한 일본식 조식, 편의성이 정말 좋은 객실 내 자쿠지(반 노천탕). 최고의 호텔이었습니다.

位置正在海地獄旁邊，距離巴士站非常近。酒店房間很大，露台景色開陽，一望無際的別府景色。私人溫泉非常舒服。下次有機會會再嚟。

벳부지역 온천 료칸 예약하다 발견했습니다✨‼️ 직원분들의 친절한 서비스는 단연 일본에서 1등 입니다 카이세키, 조식 다 맛있었고 온천 관리는 물론 숙면까지.. 1박임에도 불구하고 그동안 쌓였던 피로가 싹 가시는 듯 했습니다 한본어 소통 가능한 직원분이 계셔서 더 편했고! 사전에 메일로 요청 하면 역까지 픽업 가능합니다 완전 강추🧡

很漂亮的酒店，在山上，看到整個鐵輪温泉谷。住的屋內泡湯的房間，晚飯是鐵板燒。別府車站出來坐公交車到海地獄就可以，去車站有車送。
