Good environment yet near the city next to a big drug store and a 5 minute walk to 7-11. Staff was very friendly and introduced the facility inside the room.

Very nice private onsen hotel with a traditional Japanese style design. Free parking. Very close to the center of beppu Sleeps on tatami. Comes with stairs, so need to be mindful if you are traveling with kids or elderly. Very nice and welcoming staff. Would love to come back or try other hotels under this group!

It was an excellent experience in every aspect. Nothing beats a relaxing private onsen after each day out and the staff was so nice too. For what we got it was a very good price. The small houses are each unique and no matter which one you get, it'll look and feel nice. Beware that some of them are Futon only though. There is no English translation for anything, but everything went smoothly with our small Japanese skills and Google Translate (the last of which could probably suffice by itself, especially as the staff is eager to throw in some English and Google Translate by themselves). Thank you very much, we'll come again if we come to the Beppu area again.

門口招牌好細，夜晚比較難搵到！房間很大，有浴室和小露天嘅浸浴池！環境清幽，附近仲有7-11 都方便買嘢！

乾淨，老闆很nice，旁邊有超市但離巴士站有一點距離

很好，温泉很棒！

家族旅行で宿を探していたら、ここの宿が1棟貸しで風呂が2個あったので決めました。宿に着き女将さん(あってるかな!?)から案内を親切で丁寧に受け、温泉も高温と低温があり好きなタイミングで自分好みに調節して入れるのも良かった。 人の好みは色々あるだろうけど別府方面に旅行で来たらこの宿でのんびりと温泉に入ってゆっくりとした時間を過ごすのもいいと思う。 今回泊まった棟(部屋!?)と違う棟に次回は泊まってみたいかな
