Booking under bed type does not match. Disappointed with the hotel. Swimming pool area too dark during at night. Can’t swim at all. Danger. Outside landscape is good.

Chempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use. There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on.

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

I've always come here to stayed when I came to Genting, I've started staying here since 8 yrs ago by then only know as Ion Delemen but to my disappointment that after a couples of towers hv been taken over by some private properties I felt they didn't care about my request and a couples of times didn't gave me the room I want although hv paid the room prices and when I asked why they just replied no more rooms left although when I always booked at least 2 mths ahead and it shown got plenty of rooms left on the date I select. Like this time I booked 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms but when I checked in only hv 1 bathroom and I've been charged for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms price,this happened a couples of times lady, hopefully the person in charge will look after this matter, tq

Il centro di Dublino è un hotel molto bello e confortevole. Tuttavia, questo hotel non ha un parcheggio designato come normale, quindi gli ospiti sono liberi di parcheggiare in qualsiasi altro parcheggio con un canone massimo di RM11 (giorni della settimana; non sono sicuro di fine settimana). Se decidete di non lasciare le vostre valigie al lobby prima, dovrete essere pronti per un lungo viaggio che trasporta le vostre valigie dal parcheggio all'hotel (ho parcheggiato al parcheggio Resort Hotel perché ha un ponte collegato all'Hotel SkyWorlds). Inoltre, mi è stato dato una stanza a Valley Wing, che è l'aingelo verso l'edificio del lobby, quindi la struttura dell'hotel è un po' complicata, soprattutto dal lobby alla stanza. Dal lobby (livello 1) devo quindi salire al livello 3 e poi attraversare un ”connessione offset” per raggiungere il Valley Wing (livello 7). In ogni caso, il personale è incredibilmente accogliente e ansioso di assistere i visitatori, soprattutto quando si tratta di check-in. Questo hotel vale il denaro perché è molto comodo. Senza dubbio, torno.

The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)

This is the place for relaxing, reading a book at Starbucks, walking around to enjoy the fresh air and well groomed landscape, taking photo with the colourful buildings and the lovely lake with ducks and swans swimming gracefully.  Simple breakfast included. Downside - u can finish exploring the whole place within few hours, so must plan ur own program, example, driving down to bukit Tinggi village 1/2 hr away, for local food and coffee, and buy local fruits and vegetables.  The room was clean but could be better, the balcony was not sufficiently cleaned and dried. The receptionist who checked us in and out was friendly and helpful 👍

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.
