Bella casa per una notte, i letti erano buoni e la doccia era grande. Hanno colazione in una borsa che potresti prendere sul tuo modo di uscire. Non tanto buono come un caldo colazione, ma buono.

Siamo stati chiusi fuori dalla mia stanza e abbiamo dovuto prendere nuove chiavi. Abbiamo portato 3 dozzine di Rose nella stanza, un teady ha usato le proprie lenzuola e coperte aveva la stanza che aveva un ottimo odore e bene, non era un'esperienza ok tranne il problema della chiave della camera

The host name is Lucky Day .. we paid over 3 thousand dollars to stay at her place in queens NY and when we arrived , the outer door is supposed to be left unlocked 25/7 as per her rules . The hallway of the first floor was filled with Garbage and rotting food and old furniture stacked up all the way to the side and it smells so terrible , my family could not stay another day there . They all left and went and book hotels . I was left to stay there with my husband because I couldn’t leave at the time . Came to attend a wedding and I was a main person there and my presence was highly demanded , and I was short on time .. I couldn’t find the time to move over to a hotel . I tell you , the stench of the place goes all the way up to the second floor which is where we were staying . We couldn’t bear it but we were out of the house most of the time . As soon as we found the time , my husband and I moved to a hotel and afterwards we came back to the Airbnb place and cleared out our things and cleaned up the place and left it the way we found it . When I got home I started a resolution with the Airbnb about getting a part refund due to us having in by to leave the place because of the stench . We sent pictures of the garbage stacked up in the hallway of the first floor . We send proof of our stay at the hotels . We send proof of the way Lucky Day was very rude to us , in text , in phone calls and in answering to our calls . We literally begged Airbnb to have Lucky Day give us back a part of our money spent . We explained how the house was unsafe for guests because of the door being unlocked 27/7 and she gave us one key to be used among all my guests . She asked us to put the key under the mat so everyone can get access to the house . There was many many other issues that Lucky Day proves to be a very nasty host to her guests .. In the end the Airbnb people claimed that there was nothing hey could do at that point . We were left with a big bill , to pay the Airbnb which we hardly used , and also hotel bills which we enddd up having to live to with our families . I don’t think that it was fair of Airbnb to not show any concern about our complains . We sent videos to show all he garbage that was stacked up in the hallway of the first floor . We sent pictures of wet clothes hanging on the railways of the stairs as we have to walk to go up to our floor . We were very unhappy with the outcome of the resolution . We think that Lucky Day is a very Nasty person as a host and she is very rude and unfair to her guests .
