Where do I begin If you would like to have accommodation with everything broken and getting half of what you paid for that's fine 1, booked for 6 guests and when will arrived there was availability for only 4 so had to pay and extra 450 euros for an extra apartment Why did they accept the booking if it wasn't OK 2, pool broken and was told it would be fixed Monday, Guests that was leaving when we were checking it said they told us the same 3, most doors had holes in it and plugging my phone in for charge the plug socket had a massive spark and almost killed me 4, 6 people and gave us 1 toilet roll and when we asked for more they told us to go to the shop and get out own 5, went to open the balcony door and the handle came off in my hand 6, rented a moped and they wanted me to pay to put in the customer car park , hang on I'm a guest and staying in the hotel how is the right. 7 kitchen had rust on the fridge door and mould in side of it Microwave had lots of sauce inside and not cleaned before we arrived Went to open the balcony door and the handle feel off 8, clear your rubbish before you leave No bin or bin bags 9, between 6 people 3 plates 3 sets of cutlery and all dirty I can go on and on but I can't stress enough DO NOT STAY HERE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD AND THATS AN UNDERSTATMENT

Excellent, no nonsense base. Close to all amenities. Staff super friendly. Rooms basic but clean. All you need. Would go again. Weather not too bad either and so much cheaper to eat out and drink compared to rip off cornwall where I live. Excellent for money

Just back from 5 days in Beni,had read reviews,but always go with an open mind as everyone can have a different experience,arrived around 1.30 pm,manager was friendly,but said no check in till 4pm,he also took the 200 euro deposit,as a couple in early 50s was abit irked at that,can understand groups when busy ect,but it does state it on booking,the room tbh was very clean,it's basic ,small bathroom/kitchen,very large L shaped balcony,decent sized lounge,has also a small laundry room,had everything need,kettle/toaster/iron/microwave ect,location,a ten minute walk to the Morgan tavern as a guide, plenty supermarkets n takeaways on route,steepish hill,but only for those who really struggle with mobility,we checked out on a Monday,and received deposit back Tues,in all cheap and close to the *****

Rude reception staff. Dirty rooms. The tv was broken before we got into the room but we still got the blame for it which made me lose the deposit. Reading previous reviews this has happened to other people before. When we challenged as to why we were getting charged for the tv that was already broken the man at reception whose name is Pepe verbally abused us and threatened us. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We stayed here the 13th April to 20th April walls in bedroom a bit thin could hear people next door talking beds were comphy living room large pool small but adequate staff very friendly and helpful on day of checkout we got an extension as we were flying at 11pm 20 euro for room extension on leaving the young lad at reception carried my wife's suitcase out to the taxi and gave us both a hug lovely lad would I stay here again yes I would not a 5 star but a lovely quiet area.

Hotel in good location, basic but clean. Very pleasant man on reception, happy to help if you needed anything. Pool was good, had the pool to ourselves most of the time. a little noisy at night time but nothing too bad. great value for money, would stay again.
