hotel gran bali benidorm room 22605 stay 07/12/23 -11/12/23 we arrived and our room was perfect, the staff were very polite and we knew what to expect as we have been here before, 27/03/23-30/03/23. on this occasion we were very upset to find out that the pool was closed without prior notification. we went for our evening meal and there were hundreds of children running everywhere , we believe for a football tounament, there was also a chess competition which added to the mass of people, we feel we should have been notified of this before our arrival, we had our door bell ring in the middle of the night by children, we had the lift stop at lots of floors with children pressing the buttons, we could not find a table at mealtimes as they were full or dirty, many times we had a meal standing up as nowhere to sit, or we just left and had nothing, we love the hotel but this made our stay in benidorm a time to forget, i spoke to the reception but was informed nothing could be done as they were busy, i went to the customer experience desk and was told nothing could be done and was given a card with an email. we were next to the pool area and food was thrown from the hotel which landed next to us. we were in the lift on one occasion for 20 minutes and went up and down 3 times before getting to the ground floor, the lack of information on all that was happening was the worst part of our stay and the no help from staff, we are both very upset by our treatment from a 4 star hotel I contacted groupexperience but no reply Please can this email be seen by the hotel manager I have emailed guest experience, reception, customer service, WhatsApp, messenger and Facebook, but no reply from anyone, seems like customer satisfaction is not important
