Hotel in zona StarLand Zabavni Park, Belgrado

The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Aggiungi il posto perfetto, fate il ristorante St. Mark accanto al famoso cliché, le camere sono pulite, la temperatura è un bel balcone, e sono tornato, sono felice che abbiamo preferito questo posto. E' davvero nel cuore del centro.

The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

L'hotel è vicino a Dagong Street. È comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni e i trasporti pubblici. Nella zona circostante ci sono molte panetterie, caffetterie e ristoranti cinesi e occidentali. L'interno della camera è pulito, spazioso e confortevole, molto carino!

L'hotel non è cattivo, situato nella zona pedonale. Intorno a molti ristoranti, bar e pub eccellenti. Ma è anche un enorme meno! È impossibile arrivare all'hotel con auto!!!! Preparetevi a partire dalla fermata di un taxi circa 100 metri con borse (su una spazzatura cruda! E in una collina). Il parcheggio è dalla strada vicina. Ma dal parcheggio nel lobby del bagaglio dell'hotel devono essere trasportati anche su una scarpa stretta senza ascensori! Molto scomodo! Se hai un piccolo bagaglio - allora nessun problema, ma sono stato gentilemente torturato, prima cercando un parcheggio, poi l'ingresso all'hotel. Немыслимо! In nessun caso, siediti al primo piano! Non dormire fino all'ora della notte! La stanza è pulita, confortevole, c'è tutto quello che serve.

E'un'ottima assistenza e servizio in questo hotel. Le donne al di fuori del dipartimento erano così gentili e utili. È rimasta cosi' fredda quando un altro ospite uscì chiedendo un ferro mentre ci controllava. Le ha minacciato di andare in un altro hotel se non si fermasse a aiutarci e a richiamare la sua attenzione su di lui. L'ha gestita perfettamente. La nostra camera era comoda e il colazione era eccellente. Perfetta posizione. Parcheggio vale la pena di pagare l'eccedenza.

I stayed one night at the Location Hotel so didn't spend very long there. The hotel was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Despite the room facing on to a road and being on the ground floor, it wasn't noisy at all. Finding parking was very difficult but that's not surprising given the the town centre location. The hotel did have a reserved space outside which cost €12 per night. The location was excellent, being close to shops and a 10min walk to the main square.

Il popolo è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Il volo è molto adatto per una notte. Il popolo del capo cinese ha aperto il suo carico. Può fornire il servizio di trasporto aereo. Dieci giorni dopo che sono tornati a casa, i telecomando e le batterie senza equipaggio sono dimenticati, chiamate e chiamate. Queste cose sono ancora conservate, mentre il capo torna con la macchina veloce.Il servizio è molto attento e molto grazie.
