Cannot beat the property location which is very convenient. Spa is also quite nice which I enjoyed. Staff attitude and customer care was however a massive let down especially at the front desk and cafe downstairs (Japanese, on roof top, staff were much better). I had a simple request for a quiet room which they failed to fulfill and that keep my stay uncomfortable throughout 4 days of my stay because of road noise. Eventually it was not the room but how the hotel senior staff dealt with the request ensured I had to write this review. I understand that hotel was busy and it is a small property so there were not many room choices but the fact that even the senior most people at hotel did not make any effort to solve or at least gave the impression they cared about guest's inconvenience is amazing. I noticed several check-ins and check outs during my stay but clearly no one was bothered to try and offer a solution. Only option given was a room downgrade. Absolute genius! Hotel concierge was on a one week leave and clearly front office were not as equipped nor as knowledgeable, something not becoming of a 5 star property. Maybe a cost cutting drive. It seems as if client apathy starts from the top and consistently practiced across the hotel except a couple of staff that I would specifically look out for restaurant choices or other asks as they spoke with a smile and care, something rare at Square Nine. I won't return to this hotel for how they made me feel; as if I was being done a favor for allowing me to stay there.

La notte sono venuta a Belgrado e c'è una piccola pioggia.La temperatura è scesa a 7 gradi, la città sta aggiornando la rete 5G, che è anche il nostro prodotto di lusso.Inoltre, ha causato un fenomeno di supervendita della stanza dell'hotel che mi ha reso incapace di stare. Bene, Jackson è molto forzato nel servizio clienti di viaggio. Mi ha prenotato rapidamente questo vicino hotel. Non ho giocato a piedi per sei o sette minuti per gestire rapidamente le procedure di soggiorno.L'hotel è molto pulito, la reception è molto bella, il sorriso è molto caldo, la stanza è molto calda.Penso che il vecchio Bey sia molto buono

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel più vicino all'aeroporto a causa del nostro volo iniziale. È stato una bella sorpresa che soggiornare in hotel comprende un passaggio illimitato al benessere con sauna, molte piscine, e anche una piscina in una caverna con massaggio della zona collo con acqua. La stanza era molto grande, molto spaziosa, molto pulita e confortevole. E grazie speciali al meraviglioso popolo serbo e al personale dell'hotel - hanno reso il nostro alloggio molto piacevole.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group and there were both pros and cons. The pros were - excellent and helpful staff at reception; free access to a computer in the lobby; a bar, lounge and restaurant; comfortable enough rooms, although we had a very inconsistent shower; a number of decent restaurants nearby and well serviced by bus and tram. The cons - sheer incompetence in the dining room for breakfast. Regardless of the number of people in there, the staff were incapable of keeping up with the supply of food, juices or plates and cutlery and the ”go-to” fruit, was lemons. In terms of location, it was about 4 kms from the main sites and attractions and thus, was reasonably placed.

Ho incontrato persone cordiali e molto friendly. Un amico mi ha consigliato di visitare i locali vicino al fiume Sava, tipici bar ristoranti dove si incontrano giovani e mono giovani per sorsegiaggiare ottimi drink.

The hotel is dusty, vacuum cleaning had to be requested separately. The gym is also covered in dust. There are several kettles throughout the hotel. When I asked to give me one, the receptionist advised me to ask for it from those who had already taken the kettle to their room. A separate issue is poor breakfasts. Day after day, the same thing (although there is a very colorful video with breakfasts on Instagram, which I have not seen in a month of living). There was almost no fruit, as well as dark bread. There were sometimes not very clean cutlery and crockery. Paper napkins were sometimes not enough. When I asked for a napkin, the cafeteria employee offered me paper, saying that the napkins were over.. There is no coffee machine, as well as the lobby bar.. Tea is also not included in the breakfast menu. Location - one bus goes to the center, relatively rare, there are no cafes with delicious food or drinks near the hotel. But within walking distance there is a shopping center and a large park.
