This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen! I stayed here with my wife and son in the second week of June 2023, we had never stayed in a raddison blu hotel before but I had only heard good things about the chain in the past so we decided to go ahead and book it! The location it great and the receptionist and bar staff were very nice but the room was so dirty upon arrival, both bedside lockers were extremely sticker with glass rings all over from the previous guests, hand prints on the walls from I don't know how long, we had the pull out couch for our son and after seeing how dusty under the TV and room service menu was I decided to check the gap between the wall and couch and I have never seen any hotel care so little about cleanliness! There was so much dust in behind and on top to the pull out couch, we brought the photos down to the receptionist who was very nice, as we wanted to change room because our son is asthmatic but there was no other rooms that night we were told that I would be cleaned right away and that we would be offered a different room the next night, when we returned the dust had been cleaned but the bedside lockers were still very sticky so we cleaned them ourselves, the next day we go no offer for a different room unfortunately. Also the light switch beside the bed was broken which would not be great to have children around Unfortunately I would would not recommend this hotel for families

I booked a Premier Plus room for 8 nights. I did not receive the complimentary water / sweet treats / tea advertised. I had to go to reception daily to request water - I finally received water after 4 days. Secondly, I was overcharged in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved (by 3 different members of staff). I was also charged for someone else's meal and drinks despite dining alone. You have to request for your room to be serviced at reception which basically only includes emptying the bin and changing the towels. The bed is not made and no cleaning / hoovering is carried out. In the premier room the water is not topped up and sweet treats are not provided daily. You have to continuously ask Reception for water and then wait 4 days for it to be put into the room. Thirdly, the Reception area is often uncovered so you have to walk into the restaurant to find a member of staff. The only positives - the bed is comfortable and the location is good. I would only advise staying for the night and not bother paying for the premier plus upgrade. Some of the staff are friendly and professional, however, the majority are not.

Andai a cena con la mia famiglia, e l'atmosfera era incredibile, davvero bella decorazione e mobili, che erano così divertenti e luminosi. Il cibo era buono, i principianti sicuramente il picco del nostro pasto e io consiglio davvero le ali della casa, in qualsiasi gusto. Grandi porzioni, pollo succoso e amava la presentazione della salada di César che avevamo anche noi. Le mani dove un po' di poco si sono lasciate, i miei genitori amavano le loro mani di pesce, ma il mio pollo era purtroppo secco, e la salsa di peperoncino era così forte e incredibile che non era una piacevole esperienza da mangiare. I deserti dove super semplici e basilari per il prezzo, ma in generale credo che ci potrebbero essere scelte migliori opzioni e vorrei provare di nuovo.
