La mia recente esperienza di colazione in questo hotel aveva le sue sopra e sotto. In primo luogo, la sedia alta del bambino era deludente, anche dopo aver trascorso un considerevole tempo a svuotarla con le lavatrici bagnate, come si vede nelle immagini. Le norme di pulizia devono essere certamente migliorate. Per quanto riguarda il servizio di colazione, è rimasto molto da desiderare. Mi sentivo come se ci fosse solo un server che gestiva tutto, e ci voleva un po'di tempo per servire un semplice yogurt. Sono sicuro che avrei potuto prepararlo da solo in due minuti. Inoltre, la parte di yogurt era molto piccola e la pasta di ovino era quasi inesoderabile, ma devo ammettere che l'opzione di colazione completa ha ricompensato l'esperienza di mangiare. In sintesi, mentre il colazione completo era piacevole, la pulizia della sedia alta del bambino e il lento servizio per i prodotti di base come l'iogurt hanno bisogno di un miglioramento significativo.

Situazione centrale a Belfast direttamente contro l'esperienza Titanic - così fab posizione. Il cibo era ok, ma non eccitante e non ha mostrato il caso Belfast/Irlanda del Nord, il prodotto locale che mi è stato detto è brillante. I ”Food Miles” non sono stati mostrati sui menu, quindi non ho idea di quale piatto utilizzava ingredienti locali. In generale, ho sentito l'hotel essere tranquillo costoso anche con gli sconti trip.com.

Andare in arena per un concerto ha deciso di rimanere qui perché era accanto all'arena. Arrivato @ 2.45 e disse di aspettare in bar perché non potevamo check-in a 3 o ci sarebbe stato pagato 10 sterline dopo aver capito che il parcheggio della macchina durante la notte sta facendo un piccolo Fortune. Aspettato fino a 3 per check-in e un big que e solo 1 gent sul desk. La sua mente non era al cliente.Le camere molto sbarrate dovevano essere spostate.La seconda camera non dovevano cambiare i tappeti migliori e Lino come la grubby e Fred cammina non lavato come caffè in tutte le pareti. Continuano a avere tende da doccia. Non c'è niente nella stanza per dirvi di colazione e pranzo, ecc... mobili molto basilari. E un letto a rotelle con tinture su di esso. Non scusate questi giorni, perché ci sono cose chiamate puliziari e puliziatori di vapore. Nessun wee tocca come sapone o pennelli E carta. Molto povero in questo giorno e con tutta la concorrenza a Belfast. Cibo commestibile ma non gusto. Ascensore lascia solo 2 persone in un momento . Volevo davvero un bicchiere d'acqua carina, ma ero troppo spaventato per telefonare, perché lo stesso uomo della ricezione era tutto il giorno e dovevamo aspettare 10.30 per ottenere degli asciugamani extra. Non saremo mai tornati.

What a lovely place we were greeted by Micheal who took our case to our room he explained where everything was and breakfast timings please note it is continental breakfast but their is plenty of choice even hard boiled eggs the room was a good size the bed was very comfy and the shower was fantastic. Tea and coffee was provided even top up supply on landing .my only grip was the wardrobe was small the type you have in a child's room but it had plenty of hangers and we hung our cloths on the window rail so not an issue location was perfect really quiet very homely we will be back later in the year

Abbiamo usato Trip.com per le nostre esigenze di viaggio dal 2017 e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Prenotati e pagati per il nostro soggiorno in anticipo. Quando arrivai, ci fu detto che la nostra carta era stata rifiutata e che dovevamo pagare di nuovo. Ho cercato di spiegare che non era così, ma il ricevitore insisteva, quindi ho immaginato che avessi fatto un errore e avevo fatto un pagamento (seconda volta) per la nostra stanza. Durante il nostro soggiorno ho controllato i nostri conti e ho ancora confermato che tutti erano stati prepagati in anticipo, quindi dopo aver controllato, ho nuovamente sollevato la questione e mi è stato detto che ero sbagliato. Non è stato fino a pochi giorni dopo che ho chiamato di nuovo e ho risolto la questione e la mia seconda e inutile commissione è stata rimborsata. Perdoniamo l'errore, ma la natura dismissiva del personale quando abbiamo cercato di spiegare la nostra situazione era completamente inprofessionale e ciò che si aspettava da un istituzione di questo calibro.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen! I stayed here with my wife and son in the second week of June 2023, we had never stayed in a raddison blu hotel before but I had only heard good things about the chain in the past so we decided to go ahead and book it! The location it great and the receptionist and bar staff were very nice but the room was so dirty upon arrival, both bedside lockers were extremely sticker with glass rings all over from the previous guests, hand prints on the walls from I don't know how long, we had the pull out couch for our son and after seeing how dusty under the TV and room service menu was I decided to check the gap between the wall and couch and I have never seen any hotel care so little about cleanliness! There was so much dust in behind and on top to the pull out couch, we brought the photos down to the receptionist who was very nice, as we wanted to change room because our son is asthmatic but there was no other rooms that night we were told that I would be cleaned right away and that we would be offered a different room the next night, when we returned the dust had been cleaned but the bedside lockers were still very sticky so we cleaned them ourselves, the next day we go no offer for a different room unfortunately. Also the light switch beside the bed was broken which would not be great to have children around Unfortunately I would would not recommend this hotel for families

Always choose this hotel. Staff are brilliant at reception. Last week it was Nadine and Marie who met us. Great greeting and professional service all round. Great for local amenities and entertainment. Will keep coming back. Breakfast is amazing.
