Belfast, Newtownbreda Baptist Church: hotel nei paraggi

Abbiamo un bel ambiente quando siamo entrati e abbiamo avuto le sale sanitarie a mano disponibili attraverso l'hotel. Benvenuti da personale molto amichevole e cortese, grazie Madelina e Rubella per l'aiuto. La stanza era molto gentile e pulita. Il personale di servizio in camera era grande, grazie a Rachel e Michelle. Il personale di custodia era veloce e cortese. Il cibo era grande, amava la casa faceva il Titanic ice cream sundae e le loro altre deserte.

Dear Sir, I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again. Thank you. Sincerely yours A guest

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Good hotel but no air conditioning. Lounge is decent . Shane they lack of good breakfast options, even though they have a buffet in the morning. Very limited choices. Could be better.

Il personale di servizio è davvero entusiasta e la vita è molto confortevole. C'è tutto quello che vuoi comprare vicino alla casa. L'industria dei trasporti è molto conveniente. In effetti, puoi camminare ovunque.

Ho avuto un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso, che superava tutte le mie aspettative; sono arrivato molto tardi e dovevo controllare e raccogliere le chiavi da solo, ma il processo mi è stato chiaramente spiegato in anticipo e era incredibilmente semplice e conveniente. La mia stanza era spaziale, pulita e ben attrezzata. Ho apprezzato in particolare i due specchi, ciascuno con la sua propria illuminazione – un tale touch pratico! La posizione era anche grande, molto conveniente per andare in giro. Il personale era assolutamente carino e aggiunto all'esperienza positiva generale.

The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.

La stanza è buona.Non c'è ascensore, devi portare il bagaglio da solo.Il punto di colazione è fatto ora, e il gusto è buono.
