Great location in Botanic area with nice bar downstairs. Big tidy room, good amenities!

Was good Self check in was easy

Worst thing: NOBODY can figure out how their self check in works. The booking number and Pin they sent to me was completely useless!!! I spent almost 30mins and called the stuff, he gave a different Pin but still doesn’t work, when I called again, I think he refused, words fail me… At last a kind lady came and find something in her iPad and solve the problem, but anyway it made me feel terrible!!! Other thing: The hotel is right above a noisy bar, where played the loud music all night till midnights, I came back to hotel to have a rest but no one could find peace under that noisy music, even the wall was shaking sometimes, terrible night!!! Price is ok, cleanness not that good but still could accept, but other things listed above, I will never come back again!

Did not like the self check in end of it was very annoying took over 40 minutes to get checked in. Wouldn’t go again because this

Sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist super groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Self-Check in war auch unkompliziert und man konnte sich ein kostenloses Bier aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Die von der unter dem Hotel gelegenen Bar hat man auch überhaupt nichts mitbekommen, also für uns war es eine 10/10
