Siamo dispiaciuti di dover lasciare il bellissimo resort ShaSa. Sebbene sia un po' isolato rispetto ad altri hotel, la bellezza, la tranquillità e il servizio personalizzato valgono la pena. Le pulizie sono state eccellenti, così come le opzioni per la cena: tailandese e occidentale. La colazione era comunque decente con frutta, cereali, uova fresche fatte su ordinazione e altri piatti asiatici. Il succo di guava era molto gustoso. I taxi sull'isola sono molto più costosi rispetto alla Thailandia continentale, ma non lasciatevi scoraggiare da questo resort. Le viste mozzafiato dal balcone, le enormi camere con cucine completamente attrezzate e i grandi bagni ci hanno fatto sentire molto a nostro agio. La mia famiglia ha adorato le piscine e la spiaggia: esplorare le altre calette sulle rocce è stato divertente. Abbiamo fatto anche qualche gita a Lamai e Chaweng. Usate l'app Grab o procuratevi una carta personale per i tassisti per tariffe migliori. Torneremo sicuramente!

Piccolo hotel incantevole di fronte alla spiaggia. Grandi camere / suite con viste fantastiche. Il personale offre un servizio buono e cordiale. Hai alcune buone opzioni di cibo nelle vicinanze. L'Hotel è situato in una zona molto tranquilla con molta natura intorno. Si consiglia auto/scout.

Lovely place, far from city noice. Good restaurant serving Thai and Western food. Highly recommended for those who want to relax.

A very comfortable stay in a very nice room with a huge balcony. A few small dings with service such as our check in was about 45 minutes late. But, on the other hand we booked a heavily discounted last minute reservation so i understand being a lower priority than full paying customers. Staff was polite about the delay. The room itself was excellent. Huge and comfortable. Balcony had excellent furniture including a day bed which was great for star gazing. Shasa should consider implanting noise rules at night as some of the guests on other balconies were quite loud, souring the vibes. The living room was large and comfortable. The lighting is good and variable. The bath tub was the highlight of the room, it was the size of a plunge pool. The pools themselves were nice. Unofficially, the top pool tended to be for adults and the lower pool for families with children. Both of the large pools had lovely views of the sea and were well cleaned and maintained. The pool area was not crowded, no battles for seats. Plenty of pool towels available as well. The ocean looks nice but the beach is too rocky. This is a hotel you pick to look at the sea but not swim in it. The restaurant was good, not great. Food was decent and while not cheap, it didn’t feel like a rip off. Breakfast was what you would expect at the price point. The highlight was the all day until 18:00 2 for 1 cocktails. Cocktails were good quality, with good ingredients, made by a professional bar tender. If they’d added a Bloody Mary to the menu, I’d get a cocktail with breakfast!m The location is remote. But there are a moderate number of Grab/Food Panda options available. The full kitchen was great for serving and eating carry out. You may want to rent a car or motorcycle to see the rest of the Island. Really pleased with my stay, this is a safe and solid choice for a tropical beach resort!

This place is amazing! The suites are huge and the view is magical! There are three pools, a gym and a sauna! The front desk staff is amazing. The only issue is the restaurant which is absolutely not up to standard for the price and maybe the organization could be made a bit more smooth from the manager- other than that, a dream place!

3 bedroom suite was gigantic! 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are big, but the living/kitchen area is huge. The balcony is also very big, we had a panoramic windows facing the ocean and pools. They have 1 restaurant, which is quite reasonably priced and delicious. Beach is easily accessible, though water is not very clear. Not much to do in the hotel, 1 restaurant, 3 pools and pretty much thats all. You'd have to hire a car to get around or use hotel free shuttle bus, as there's nothing much around.

The best sea view room. Best service. Large room with a good facilitiesvin room. All room can see the view. Aircondition are very cool, big balcony for relaxing. Good place for relaxing and have a good time with family. Just one thing, it's in remote area, better to rent a car.

Great place to stay if you just want to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Location is a bit remote, so you will need some sort of transportation to get to places like bars and restaurants. The pool is amazing as well as the view in morning during sunrise! Rooms are large and well equipped. Would love to come back again! Also, if you have the chance, say hi to the house cat at the reception 🥰

We booked hotel because of children play house, but after we reach there they said is under construction sod disappointed, and location is too far away Rooms are very nice

If you want isolated holiday with family, then is the best place

The Hotel’s Infrastructure was great but the staffs and service was the worst. We were left wondering around the hotel in search of a single staff in full daytime. No one was around to assist or get information. Everything was difficult to achieve. The hotel is located in an isolated place and they don’t even provide a shuttle service. If you required the shuttle service you had to book 1 day ahead and it wasn’t even free. Further, during our early checkout, we had to catch a flight and the receptionist was not available and we couldn’t get a taxi or a grab which led us to almost missing our flight.
