I don’t normally leave reviews but after reading so many bad ones prior to our holiday and being really worried I thought it’s the least I could do to hopefully ease someone else’s worries. Arrived at 10pm at night and our cases were off the bus before we even were. Smooth check in and cases taken straight to our room on second floor. Snacks were available from 11pm so we were able to eat before getting an early ish night. Room Big, spacious clean room with a double, a single and a travel cot prepared. Also large settee and walk in closet area for all your clothes and luggage. Big bathroom with large shower. Overhead and hand held. No bath, which we already knew and prepared for by bringing along a small paddling pool to bath our 2 year old who hates the shower. Small fridges which were re stocked daily with a couple of beers, soft drinks, water and snacks. However fridge wasn’t that cold. Good sized balcony with a view of the pools and slides and the sea. Air con was fine throughout our stay. Balcony door was a little hard to slide open but husband managed it fine. On our second day the closet light was flickering. We reported it to reception on the way to the pool and when we returned it had been sorted and fixed. Breakfast Served 8.30-10.30 in the Zen restaurant and on the lobby floor. Lifts can get busy but if you walk to the back ones they’re much better. Plenty of choice. Outside there is the omelette station which my husband and I had daily and also a pancake and waffle station which the kids had daily. Can get very busy at peak times (these are listed on the elevator wall) but always plenty of room in the outside terrace bits which are kind of up on posts overlooking the pools and sea. We sat out here every day, yes it was hot but shaded and after all we are in Turkey in July so we just embraced it as it was nicer and quieter. Staff were all lovely, made an effort with the kids and they work extremely hard in the heat. Waiter service for drinks to the tables, always served a large bottle of water. Pools Pools and beach are on -2 floor. Pools are amazing! So many and so big. Never had a problem getting loungers or umbrellas despite not going down until 10.30am ish. Yes prime location ones had gone but that didn’t bother us. We’re not ones to sit around with 2 small children. The main pool runs all the way around the hotel and under the restaurant bits. Main pools were all 1.4 metres I think but lots of nice shallow bits for small kids to crawl and splash around in supervised. Some nice pool side cabanas which can be rented for a few but we didn’t so can’t comment any further on them. There’s 3 kids pools. Once main with slides and sprinklers, a pool with nothing and another one with small side and sprinklers. Brilliant for kids and all shallow enough for them to enjoy. Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. Resort molto carino con tanta scelta di cibo. C‘é un programma con animazione tutto il giorno. Consiglio però, per chi vuole fare giri fuori dall‘hotel, di prenderel‘autobus e non i taxi.. hanno una convenzione con gli hotel e paghi anche più di 50€ per una tratta corta, il bus costa meno di 1€ a persona pagabile direttamente sul bus con carta di credito, la fermata sta proprio di fronte all‘hotel

Pensavo di fare la solita vacanza di 10 giorni ...però, abbiamo fatto la migliore vacanza della nostra vita . Hotel bello pulito , mangiare ( forse troppo perché vuoi provare tutto ) , impossibile non ritornare con un paio di kg in più...spiaggia bellissima ( anche se dal secondo giorno ci siamo inchiodati sulla piscina , con sdraio , hamaca , ombra , sole e cocktail senza numero) ...ma il top è la squadra d'animazione:danza ,spettacolo, divertimento per bambini , adulti , giochi ogni giorno ( darts, tiro con arco, tiro con il fucile , balydance, zumba , beachvolei e tanto altro ...)spettacolo, show, divertimento, disco ...ogni giorno , senza tregua . Un team divertimento da nota 11 e forse di più...giovani belli divertenti e con tanta voglia di vita Complimenti e l'anno prossimo siamo da voi al 100% ( stiamo già contando i giorni ) Claudiu , Mimi e Roberto.

Sono venuto a questo luogo per l'evento e ho avuto alcuni sentimenti misti. Il personale del desk front era super cool e bello. Relazioni ospiti persone ... La maggior parte del tempo non potevano darmi le informazioni giuste o contraddicevano l'un l'altro/ mi sbagliavano. La stanza era di base. A causa di un difetto di costruzione, c'era sempre acqua sul pavimento nel doccia (non è andata fuori per ore). Non va bene per 5 stelle. Cibo e bevande non erano speciali ma okish, disponibile 24H. Il territorio è il principale ”catastrofe” perché è essenzialmente un punto tra poche strade separate dalla galleria. E questo è - le mura dell'hotel e la galleria. Quasi nessuna vegetazione e nessun luogo da andare, nessun territorio in tutto. Le piscine sono relativamente piccole. Quindi, considerando il prezzo, non sarei tornato o sarei qui se non per l'evento particolare. Pensa due volte.
