The receptionist was very nice yet slightly misinformed. Apparently there is a “VIP package” that costs $20 in addition to the set room price that you pay for online. The receptionist said that the package was optional but you needed it in order to access the pool and gym. We decided to go for it as she said that it gave discounts on the spa treatments available, unfortunately the spa people told us that this was incorrect and that there was no discount so we essentially paid $20 extra for nothing. In addition to this, the blankets, carpet, pillows, and chairs were all stained in a rather disgusting way. The shower is super weak and the water is only warm not hot. Finally, the breakfast was absolutely terrible. You must pay extra for scrambled eggs, juice, or coffees and the available options were all very dry and looked old. I do not recommend staying here unless you are very desperate.

Let start with the most precious welcoming with Dilan's smile , the room was comfortable the service was fast we ordered beef and chicken stake it takes less than 10 minutes and I must mention the taste it was super delicious ..great team great service thank you Dilan

I spent 5 nights at this hotel a few minutes from famous Rock Bay with an ocean view between two other buildings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was included. They serve hot meals too. Caffee was instant, and they provide milk powder. The swimming pool is closed The service was very friendly and always helpful. tying their best. There are restaurants outlet store and supermarkets a few minutes away.

This hotel is one of the best in Beirut. The location is amazing. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were comfy and spacious. I stayed on it for the first time three years ago, and since then, I have stayed there every time I visit Beirut.

this is one of the best hotels in beirut . i highly recommend for a nice stay. clean rooms , friendly and welcoming staff. the swimming pool at the rooftop is amazing with a great view. it is perfect for couples

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in a wonderful location and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. 10/10 would stay here again, already can’t wait to come back!

this is a nice 4 star hotel with great location. electricity is available 24 hours. free gym is available. roof top pool with great view. for relaxation visit the SPA. highly recommended with affordable prices

It was a great hotel with a rooftop pool next to one of the biggest landmarks/Tourist Attraction Roúche Rocks . it great for family holidays and it’s not that expensive it was a nice experience and open buffet for breakfast

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful especially in dealing with Lea at the front desk. She was lovely and helped me with my booking and questions about my stay in Beirut in general.
