Hotel in zona Tuanhe Palace, Pechino

i would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated. the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes. only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still. overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è molto comodo, molto comodo, è una scelta molto buona, pulita, conveniente, soprattutto il bagno super grande, molto piace!Il capo è molto entusiasta e manda anche bevande, la prima scelta in futuro, vale la pena raccomandare, può entrare nel bagno, il trasporto è molto conveniente, c'è un bus al piano di sotto, la metropolitana è anche molto vicina.

La posizione dell'hotel è relativamente facile da trovare e l'area circostante è relativamente vuota. L'atteggiamento del servizio della reception dell'hotel è abbastanza buono e la pulizia è OK in termini di igiene, ma l'isolamento acustico è un po' scarso.

Номер неплохой, полностью соответствует описанию и картинкам на сайте, так что не ожидала от него чего-то больше заявленного. В номере есть фен и чайник, в ванной были гель для душа, шампунь, жидкое мыло, туалетная бумага. Каждый день выносят мусор, меняют полотенца и ставят новые бутылки с водой. Гостиница очень близко расположена к метро, рядом много кафешек и магазинов. До центра города в городе около 1 часа на метро. Из минусов - очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно как в соседней комнате разговаривают, кашляют, чихают :) Меня, как иностранку, спокойно зарегистрировали, но будьте готовы, что на ресепшене говорят только по-китайски, для меня это не было проблемой.

My family of four lived here for 5 days and would strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Also it was very convenient, with breakfast downstairs, laundry onsite, subway nearby and free bottled water. Moreover, the staffs were very nice and friendly. We would stay here in the future.

L'hotel vale il suo prezzo. Se vuoi risparmiare denaro e non hai paura di viaggiare per 1:20 ore al centro storico della città, è un buon posto. I tuoi asciugamani saranno probabilmente cambiati senza un ricordo e il tuo letto sarà fatto. C’era un problema nella mia stanza con una lampada, e non sembrava che fosse cambiato nulla dopo che ho chiesto di risolverla. In questa zona c'è un buon ristorante cucina Lanzhou, e funziona 24/7. Ci sono anche altri ristoranti. L'ingresso della metropolitana dall'hotel richiede solo 4 minuti. Ci ha costato 150 RMB per arrivare dall'aeroporto internazionale di Daxing con un taxi non autorizzato, e il conducente ha preso un ragazzo sconosciuto con noi e non si è sentito molto comodo. Infatti, è molto facile trovare il taxi misurato proprio intorno all'uscita dall'aeroporto, ma siamo stati completamente nuovi a questo aeroporto.

盲選的酒店從前台小美女到晚上值班的小帥哥 ，熱情周到，我們又續住一晚，期間還給我們做了房間升級，樓層帶我們看房間一個姐姐也是很熱情，推薦，門口交通費方便，剛開始打車轉，一入住才發現地鐵公交很方便，唯一遺憾早餐沒有水果

L'hotel si trova vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana, è comodo per viaggiare e ha un buon ambiente circostante. Ci sono diversi parchi al piano di sotto con una vegetazione infinita a perdita d'occhio. La strada non è rumorosa e ci sono molti supermercati e ristoranti . L'hotel è un edificio indipendente con camere in stile appartamento e attrezzature più complete e avanzate rispetto ai normali hotel, come grandi frigoriferi, lavatrici, forni a microonde, piastre a induzione, ecc. La colazione in hotel è abbastanza abbondante e non è un problema mangiare bene. Il pranzo è à la carte al ristorante, i piatti sono squisiti e di buon gusto. Il modello di gestione a cinque stelle dell'hotel è in atto, attento ai dettagli e umano. Mi ci è voluto 1 minuto per fare il check-in alla reception e solo 10 secondi per fare il check-out. Ho dimenticato di chiedere alla bella donna e al bell'uomo i loro cognomi. Il servizio è stato entusiasta e spiegato bene .
