This hotel has a special charm. The outside environment makes the hotel float on water . Small reception and a little hard to understand all information as a foreigner. The breakfast restaurant had nice and happy staff . The breakfast was good and was fresh and tasty.

Friendly and hospitable staff. Situated within a upscale and quiet apartment complex. Close to the city center but not the most convenient in terms of access public transit. Room is decently sized with an interesting layout, albeit not the most functional. Needs improvement on air conditioning and overall cleanliness.

I stayed two nights there but I checked out at the second evening. Reason: The air-conditioning was not working and I had permanently about 30 degrees in the room. I even opened the windows but never below 27 degrees. I told them two times I cannot sleep under such hot conditions but they failed to repair it - this was so annoying, so I checked out earlier. Second issue: The gym is in the other building and you need to go outside though a small coffee shop to access the elevator - without the staff you cannot find it (no description)! If you sweat and you need to walk back to the hotel you could get a cold - just annoying… the gym is not easy to find - even if you are in the correct building - it is very messy there. After the first night they made my room - but they just took the old sheets =＞ please check the attached picture - I never had this experience... The other pictures were made on the way to the gym… I will never consider to come back - too many bad memories and the location is very bad too…

This is the second time we have booked this wonderful hotel! We are always very pleased with the hotel itself, very comfortable rooms, but also very attentive staff! We will come again many times! Thanks for a great day in Beijing! Vlad

I’ma frequent traveler and this is definitely my worst hotel experience so far in my recent years. Please expect it’s maximum 3 stars Hotel standard experience in terms of hotel services and the room conditions. Please do not expect what you seen from the official marketing photos, as the hotel building is only a small building in the middle of the apartment complex, and the common facilities such as gym or swimming pool are sharing with the public people who stay in such a large residential complex. It’s also the worst breakfast selection I ever had, so I decided to cancelled the rest of my whole week booking after 2 night stays here.

定了一週的，這酒店我再也不會來了 那櫃子滲人，********* 隔音差到離譜，每天隔壁換不同的人住進來 每天晚上我都要被****的聲音叫醒， 真的很煩躁，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚， 你猜我為什麼現在凌晨兩點多還在寫評論，我一肚子氣，本來就困，隔壁住了一個大嗓門女的，一個勁的叫，被她吵醒了， 還有還有這酒店衞生很一般，我親眼看保潔拿洗手池洗拖布，浴袍有血漬，我再也不會來了，真的很差，隔音很差，真的太噁心了，如果能放錄音，真想放出來給你們聽聽，大半夜被叫醒，什麼感覺，800多的房間，就這隔音。

市中心、購物，生活等等非常便利，離長安街、天安門、民族文化宮、地鐵一號線很近，周圍也還有本地人住的四合院，挺好🙂酒店服務衞生都很好，不少外國人也選擇住這家酒店。

經常去的一家酒店，現在服務越來越好了，説明管理升級了。唯一一點是酒店有點老，衞生偶爾欠佳 經常有訂不着房的情況，生意那麼好嗎 沒有拍照的習慣，隨便上兩張圖吧

服務：服務非常的熱情，每個工作人員都很禮貌熱情，讓人感覺非常舒適，尤其是前台服務的小姐姐，人很好 衞生：衞生沒得説，非常好 設施：非常有特色的裝修風格，個人非常喜歡

設施：很好，齊全。 衞生：很好 環境：窗外景色一般，湖沒有維護好。 服務：挺好的 大堂不是很大，總體感覺是現代的時尚酒店，不是豪華的古典類型。
