Excellent services, helping carry and transfer my baggage, provided free simple breakfast, Room is clean and enough space with free upgrade my room. Very satisfied receptionist services. Unfortunately I forgot to clarify if I wish to order delivery from taobao to reception the day before I arrive/check-in, I am not sure they may help me to receive my item on behalf of me. 🤔🤔🤔 Soon I will book same hotel, if they manage to help then will be perfect for me. 😜😜Beside if they can communicate with guest on wechat then will be more excellent 😅

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. The decor and amenities were modern and thoughtfully arranged, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional value for money. Given the quality of the accommodations and services provided, the hotel offers an outstanding experience without breaking the bank. The staff at the hotel were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. An Exceptional Stay! My family stayed at this hotel for just one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable. 1. Outstanding Service The staff here is phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They helped with all our luggage, spoke excellent English, and had the friendliest attitudes. Unlike some hotel staff who seem uninterested in their roles, everyone here was genuinely happy to assist. They always had smiles on their faces, which made us feel comfortable asking for help with anything. 2. Beautiful Rooms The hotel is modern, and the decor is stunning. Our room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The only minor inconvenience was logging into the Wi-Fi, which required a Chinese phone number. However, the incredible staff came to the rescue by using their number to help us connect. 3. Thoughtful Amenities The shuttle service was a standout feature. It runs to the airport anytime you need—just let them know your schedule. We left for the airport at 5 AM and couldn’t have breakfast, but the hotel prepared takeaway bags for us with coffee, milk, hot chocolate, and sandwiches. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Even when we needed a drink from the vending machine but didn’t have cash, the staff purchased it for us and refused to take any money in return. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From one-star to five-star hotels, this one deserves six stars. If you’re considering booking, I recommend it 110%—you won’t regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Voyage last night! The room was clean and comfortable. The attention to detail truly sets this hotel apart. A special thank you to the Front Desk Manager, who helped to solve the problem . Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our experience unforgettable. I have been to this hotel’s northern property near Beijing Capital International Airport multiple times and found it to be super clean and comfortable so when I found out they had one near Daxing where I was flying into I was excited! This hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. If one needs English there is enough English signage everywhere as well as the staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is there are not many restaurants nearby for takeout but I’m sure this will change eventually. If I ever come to Daxing again I will definitely stay here again.

Late night flight best option ever. There arrange frequent shuttles to pick up passengers. Hotel is just nearby to airport 10mins distance. They offer hourly booking as well. They have no breakfast yet,but they prepared us the bread n milk. Service front desk tip top, profésional and helpful.
