Hotel carino e confortevole in generale. Nel freddo dicembre, abbiamo trascorso una notte accogliente a 28 °C. La palestra è ben attrezzata e non affollata. La posizione è vicina al centro città e alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Hanno un robot messenger, più avanzato di quanto ci aspettassimo.

Questo albergo è fantastico! Il personale è estremamente attento e può soddisfare prontamente qualsiasi esigenza. Anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico della stanza K è molto buono, la biancheria da letto è comoda e un robot consegnerà cibo da asporto al piano superiore. C'è un ristorante al secondo piano che serve piatti della cucina cantonese. Lo consiglio vivamente verrà di nuovo la prossima volta.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel e ci sono stati molti aspetti positivi: la camera era bella e spaziosa, il personale molto disponibile (soprattutto Vivi e Bishop), lavanderia gratuita, il cibo del ristorante era gustoso. Alcuni aspetti negativi, tuttavia, sono che questo hotel è in realtà piuttosto lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, quindi dovrai prendere la metropolitana con alcuni cambi o prendere un taxi, inoltre abbiamo avuto davvero difficoltà a ordinare il servizio in camera al punto che abbiamo dovuto andare alla reception per ordinarlo.

Left and right of the hotel looks like nothing much to see or eat but actually it just take 5 minutes walk to a market where there is a market inside it and restaurants. There is a mall 10 minutes away from the hotel. Haidilao is there and some other restaurants too. Clean and new hotel. Wonderful beds.

Clean hotel with friendly stuff. Melinda answered all my questions. The nearest subway station is probably around 5 -7 minute walk from hotel. Compare with hotels in europe this is 4 star Hotel.

Good stay, hotel is convenient and clean. Highly suggested for business travelers

到了酒店説給升級了房間，要了蕎麥殼枕頭催了兩次，好幾個小時才送過來。最讓人受不了的是晚上睡覺的時候，十一點多有對面的孩子哭鬧聲。早晨不到八點隔壁房間就反覆關門開門的聲音。給前台打電話詢問説隔壁不是客人，出去問服務員説早上在修門！出行地理位置也不是很方便！

入住體驗很好！留下了美好回憶！特別感謝前台接待員段柯的優質服務！店裡無論是前台或者客房還有餐廳的服務人員，都態度特別親切，微笑熱情的服務讓人非常舒心！謝謝！酒店設施很新，一切都很完美，贈送了歡迎水果，幫忙調整了空調設定。一樓有酒吧水吧很不錯，可惜時間不足，沒去消費一下。還有微型小吃店，售賣一些速食、飲料，很方便吃些簡餐。如果能提供一次性馬桶墊和泡腳桶就更完美啦！

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台還提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。前台工作人員韓韓服務效率高 服務態度很好👍 入住時還送了礦泉水 房間內採光也很好，電視支持一鍵投屏 窗簾遮光性好 停車場免費停車 出入很方便 強-烈-推-薦 ！！
