This is a very modern quality apartment hotel, the staff and the service is very good, English could be limited but fortunately the manager Terry has good English and solved an issue I had in the room very quickly. He even gave me his WeChat so I can reach him for any issue, so his service was a big plus for me.

The hotel is located in the busy street where is easy to access many office buildings or shopping area. The room is spacious, quiet, and comfy. I will definitely book this hotel next time.

Very good place, nice and professional personnel, fast checking, Mr David manager assists with good attitude.

Cute, very little rooms and no decoration like shown in the pictures. No mat, duvet touches or anything, so is a wooden jungle. Bad mosquitoes and wifi. Wifi would not work at all. Breakfast is very Chinese. I think this place is better catered to Chinese and not foreigners. Horrible view into the slums of China out our window. Not worth the price.Nice,clean bathroom however. We were booked for 4 days and left after one night unfortunately. Definitely suited to some people,just not us.

Check out by front desk 王宇was smooth and efficient, deposit of 400rmb he mentioned will be reinstated by today. Housekeeping 宋君did a great awesome job, room was neat and tidy, well-done and keep it up. Washing machine comes w washing and drying, suitable if you want simple cooking, there is a gym and yoga room. About 400m to nearby subway. Back of the hotel apartment you can find affordable local food. And there is a few massage shop across the hotel. Will come back again, highly recommended 👍

We had a get experience staying at CM+ Serviced Apartment Beijing Huashang. The staff were great, Terry and Amy were very help and advised on placed to visit and how to get there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a present stay!

Extremely attentive staff and a great service overall. Particular thanks to Mr. Wang Yu, who on top of his responsibilities at the front desk made sure that every detail of the stay was perfect. Five star experience all around.

Great stay - facilities are clean, modern, and spacious. Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more. A little far from the metro but plenty of bus stops right in front of the building.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs! Terry and Maggie supported me during my stay. They booked my taxis where I wanted to go since my wechat was not possible to use for paymen. Terry helped with getting my delivery of food and groceries, and also ordered postcards for me. Highly recommend the hotel!

Stayed here for a business trip and really enjoyed the service and the nicely furnished apartment. For breakfast dont expect Western fare, but there are fresh Chinese options available. The location is a bit of walk to the next subway station, the hotel is very good in helping to get a taxi. They have a fitness room with sufficient treadmills and also a separate yoga room - nice if you want to do some exercises on the floor.

Second time coming back to Cm+. Everything is great as usual. What made this stay extra special was meeting Terry who spoke fluent English and helped us with our every needs, from helping us with our last minute booking to the Great Walls, to helping me find a hospital when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you Terry for the room upgrade as well as accommodating our needs for a late check out, allowing us to freshen up after touring Forbidden City before our night flight. Very much appreciate the professional hospitality services at CM+. Hope to visit again soon.
