Great place, central and clean. Special mention go to Soul and Emily for cleaning work. Also Lan was great helping the kids playing bowling. Nice service overall.

My family love to stay in this place, the food was awesome and the stuff is super nice, Mrs. Xu was very helpful for all our questions, location is great. There is only small things happened in our room but they came in very quickly to fix the problem and exchange a new room for us, great service.

The reception staff is very helpful, although more English-speaking staff would be advisable as most of the staff does not speak English and it is a 5star hotel. I would like to mention Lisa who speaks English and was very helpful, providing useful information regarding hotel facilities, Covid test places and places of interest. Big up to Lisa! The breakfast buffet is okay, but the pastry choice is a bit limited and, generally, it feels that the hotel does not really cater for western guests (mainly Chinese dishes). The buffet lounge is full of light; it is very spacious and facing the seaside, which is great. However, the cleanliness can be improved as the tables and the floor were not cleaned quickly enough, and my table and the floor under it were greasy/dirty. The facilities are quite varied. The pools, gym, tennis court, steam room were used during my stay and they were in good condition. The steam room takes a long time to heat up though. The staff in the gym/swimming pool does not speak English at all. The table tennis room and some other facilities were under maintanace during our stay, so we did not use them. Overall, the hotel has more recreational facilities than most hotels. Well done! Regarding the location, the hotel is on the coast, but the sea is not swimmable there, so you can only enjoy the view. The hotels near the main Silver beach (for example, Crowne Plaza) are considerably more expensive (about 500rmb difference), so a 30-min taxi ride there (costs around 30 rmb one way) still makes the Furama hotel a much more economical option. The sea view from the rooms is very nice! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a late checkout was highly appreciated! My rating of the hotel is 4.5.

The hotel is large and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view over the sea. There is a small beach downstairs from the hotel and the old street is around 15 minutes walk away. However, there aren't that many restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was great as we're the gym and swimming pool. Big thankyou to Lincoln who really went out of his way to help on my stay and even assisted in booking tickets.

性價比很高的酒店。大堂樓層很高,給人豪華氣派的感覺。客人不多的時候,小哥會幫忙拿行李到房間。有健身房,室內室外游泳池等。住海景房還可以看到日落,非常浪漫。有通道前往金灘,早上退潮的時候可以撿些小螃蟹,不過金灘的沙子比較粗糙。一定要去嚐嚐酒店的自助餐,住客大人198元一位,140以下小童128元一位,品種很豐富,水果就有15樣。海鮮類都是白灼,口味比較淡。

房間挺大的,電梯刷卡是直接到入住的樓層 也不用再按電梯樓層了 很安全 説説前台大廳的一個經理大姐 人很好剛入住的時候把我送到房間還幫我拿的行李 退房走的時候還送了我一個香囊 晚上還送了果盤 第二天打掃衞生的一個大姐也很好 問她哪裡有什麼好吃的不會宰客的地方説了挺多 還叫其他人幫忙參考説哪裡有好玩好吃的地方 整體還是挺好的 這幾張照片是酒店外面泳池和沙灘的照片還有打掃衞生那個大姐的名字

酒店整體非常好,有自己的沙灘,室內室外游泳池,健身房,保齡球也很好玩,下雨時候在室內也能玩的很好。騰召麗,蘇會瓊,朱艷華三位阿姨非常好,有求必應,收拾房間時間嚴格按照要求來,打掃的非常乾淨,整潔,給我們留下了很好的印象,以後來北海還來這裏。室外滑梯也很好,建議把滑梯的水打開。

從一進酒店就感受到熱情的服務,提前請酒店代為佈置房間,客房部張主管也提前弄好,前台還給我升級了房型,很感謝。雖然酒店有一定年頭,但仍覺得房間很現代化,酒店大氣,入住兩晚非常滿意。晚上自助餐很滿意,但早餐品種較少,不符合五星標準,此有待提高。

富麗華大酒店是北海老牌的五星級酒店了,其實各方麪條件都不錯,比現在很多酒店要好,有自己的泳池,健身房,服務各方面都很好,前台美女還給升級了房間,高樓層。有歡迎水果,還有免費洗衣兩件。早餐也還是很豐富的,唯一的缺點就是空調聲音太大了……

這次入住體驗相當好,停車場很大很寬敞,酒店提供洗衣服務,也有中式按摩,負一樓保齡球設施很好,室外游泳池乾淨很大,前台鄧經理以及其他工作人員態度很好,房間寬敞乾淨,客房部毛經理在處理房間需求細心,下次還會再來

入住十分慢,一直讓人去沙發等,等了再過來還不是得重新排嗎。經常有人去前面諮詢,一會電話一會手機的,半天辦不了一個入住,排隊的隊伍前有人的房間還沒清理好,就一隊人乾等着,不給後面的辦,沒有五一入住人多的應對方案。一個大姐實在受不了,去前面盯着催促加緊辦理入住,前面的辦不了,可以先辦後面有清理好的房型,後面才稍微快一點。 訂房時攜程備註的需求有在入住時確認,房間比預想中大,衞生整體尚可,床底、牀頭櫃下面應進一步清理,早餐中規中矩,迷你冰箱如需使用需工作人員上去開。房型寫着禁煙,但裏面備了煙灰缸和火柴,自相矛盾。 負一負二有健身、保齡球、室內高爾夫、乒乓球、桌球以及小童玩樂的設施等,進入需刷房卡,部分需預約。去酒店沙灘有兩個門禁,一個大樓出去的門禁,一個入沙灘的門禁,進出都得刷房卡,去個沙灘得刷四次,不方便。首次入住去沙灘不知道該情況,沒帶房卡,導致在大樓和沙灘門禁中間曬太陽,去不了沙灘,又回不了酒店。 酒店多個場景需要使用房卡,入住給兩張卡應成為標配,而不是在入住後反問沒有入住時開兩張卡。在電梯裏也多次遇到有人從負一負二進電梯,沒有房卡上不去樓層的情況。 酒店沙灘基本沒人,但沙子粗垃圾多,不建議去,在房間裏看看就行了,晚上可以在酒店看日落,也可以去棧道走走。去到沙灘發現,少有的人中有幾個不是入住酒店的,可能這也是門禁這麼麻煩的原因。

酒店設施非常新,全是海景房,全景落地窗直麪大海,無遮擋。酒店配套設施齊全,有獨立的沙灘,配套娛樂,保齡球,攀巖等,游泳池有滑梯,小孩玩得非常開心,安全員非常負責任,娛樂活動的工作人員非常專業友善。假期人多管理非常好。酒店的服務非常棒,五星的服務水平,熱情主動,專業。特別感謝前台的小張,找回遺落的雨傘,感謝禮賓部徐姐的熱情服務。酒店超預期,有五星的水準。推薦!

本來是愉快的五一假期,遇訂到糟心的酒店,真的一言難盡。1、首先在訂房階段就非常差勁,第一次遇到下訂後價格還會降價180多的這種情況,還是五星級。2、在到達酒店門口後,工作人員非常散漫,見車來沒主動拿行李,還是我自己全部提下車的。3、大廳辦理入住節假日人數明顯不足,辦理入住時長偏慢,有20分鐘左右。也不太熟練操作流程。4、同一人下定了2天不同一個房型,説不能直接換過去,需要收拾好行李放到前台,等房間打掃好後大概2點才能換。我這一單是由於酒店降價才溝通取消了房間再重新下單的。酒店的原因要客户承擔,試問一下換房着兩小時空檔我們是光等嗎?5、5.1當晚開車出去吃飯 19:08分回來,由於酒店有人擺喜酒,把停車場停滿,保安説都沒位了,讓我停路邊先,我堅決要下去轉一圈,下去停車場後一眼就看見兩個空位。明顯是疏於管理的表現,非常不專業。6、 5.2號當天9點多把行李收拾好,按酒店要求放在門後。但當我們 13:36分回到酒店也沒有接到酒店一個電話説房間整理好了可以入住。要我回來去要放卡才知道房間好了。7、5.2號13:42分左右拿到房卡,由於在外逛了一個早上買了些水果和食品,到房間想着要存放在冰箱裏。非常感謝酒店在我進入房間後發現沒有冰箱的,於是打電話詢問客服部得知5-6樓的120套房間均沒有配置冰箱的。我打開訂單看攜程上也沒有寫無冰箱,按正常人的邏輯一間1300多的房間應該默認配備冰箱,加上還是海濱城市,大夏天遊客購物的東西有放冰箱的需求,但酒店居然連200塊的冰箱都不配。前一天的1100都的行政雙床房還有配的。在客服部和前台互相推諉後,經理才送了個冰箱過來。可笑的是,電話投訴攜程連接線客服都覺得非常不應該,五星級酒店居然連這個都沒有配備。8、客户經理在送來冰箱後,説送個下午茶作為補償,當時我就回答,房間裏本就包含一個下午茶的,你不要當客户是**。9、5.1當晚出去吃宵夜然後逛酒店私人海灘回來,2個男人也跟着我們後面,當時是22:56分左右在刷卡進來酒店花園後,那外來人員進不來,一個翻牆就進入了,海灘安保防禦設施設備不夠不安全。要不是在酒店這玻璃門還要刷卡進入的話,估計也跟進來了。10、5.1當晚致電客服部要多一個被子,告知衹有床單,被子由於客人太多給要完了,真是搞笑五星級酒店被子配備不齊全—入住這麼多酒店,第一遇到這奇葩,管理如此鬆散且不專業。酒店各部門都應對的非常差勁。溝通在後麪大概5.2日下午5點左右才換了房間,但仍然心理還是些許不舒服,白白浪費整個下午去來回和酒店經理攜程客服三方交涉這事情,以上是本人實打實的入住體驗。供後面需要預訂的客户做參考。
