I was a frequent guest for two months on business, and had to change hotels. The General Manager was non existent, breakfast was horrible, and then I received fraudulent charges on my credit card from the hotel several times. Again, the GM is non existent, he does not return phone calls, or emails, and was never at the hotel physically, so I was left having to file fraud cases against the hotel. It takes a lot of time, and aggravation to get resolved and the hotel doesn’t care, because to this point there’s been no repercussion. I don’t want to see anybody else have to be a victim.
